telpon ke bagian radiologi (kurang tahu kencana atau pusat karena disambungkan operator), pelayanannya sangat mengecewakan. mau nanya harga tindakan, dijawab dengan nada ketus bahkan telpon langsung ditutup dan bilang customer galak, padahal dari pihak Anda yg tidak sopan bertanya kepada customer. sangat tidak profesional

Only been here once. The child pediatric was so nice and the nurses were great. They didn't mind my child at his worst (crying and screaming) and just happily entertained him. Security at the front was also kind. There was a small playground with fence in the children clinic. Also, the lady behind the operator line was very, very helpful, too. We had a nice experience here. Thank you.

RSCM-Emergency in one word, worth! I saw many different hospitals in my life but what there happened was unique. No one cared about the humans in there, it was more like a Zoo. The students walked happy around and laughed while a mother and father do not now what is wrong with their 6 month old child, I looked at them and it made me so sad to see how afraid they are while these 5 students stand in front of them and laughed. Another guy said to me, while he drank his Nescafe and browsed instagram, I am the doctor and I thought, hmm where I am from we wouldn't call you doctor we would call you someone without any respect, because it happened right next to my wife while she had a surgery! The people don't know how to work clean, no gloves, no mask and so on. But what they know is how to take pictures "foto dulu" and then put it into their whatsapp groups. Please RSCM start to teach your people how to be respectful like all the patients were in there! I use the words from a guy there, it's a freakshow!

This is a public hospital that provide many health services. Accept coverage by insurance and goverment healthcare security service. Located at the center of Jakarta where it is very easy to reach but the traffic is bad. By the way, it is a good hospital.

Great hospital with great doctors. Better than RSCM, but more expensive. Usually crowded but the waiting time is still acceptable. The registration is fast and easy, and the staff are helpful! The building is neat, and it's clean. Too bad several toilets don't provide tissue

It's cleaner than it used to be. Bigger, and also better! They even has a piano in the waiting room. This hospital is one with the most complete health facilities. The staff here are getting better too. Too bad the parking space is too limited

Big and popular hospital. Clean, and well maintained. But the service isn't very satisfying. For a big hospital, the parking lot is VERY limited, ridiculously hard to get a parking space. And it's quite hard to find the entrance if you never went here
