It's quite an old hotel, but still comfortable. And their customer service is on the top level. First, they give free pick up service from and to the airport even when i need to rescheduled the pick up time 3 times due to my plane got delayed. Second, they greet us in a very friendly way since our arrival at the hotel. Lastly, they offer to prepare a go-to breakfast for me due to my super early check out. Overall it was a nice 2 nights stay for me ✌

Very friendly and attentive staff. Surprised me with a cake as they noticed my birthday on my passport. Very good service provided by hotel staff, I had an amazing experience here. Will definitely stay here again if I go bintan!

Quite good for a 3 star hotel have most facilities you need. They have good service and they have free shuttle bus to any location within the town. Going outside the town will be problematic and you will need to hire a private taxi and there was no public transport. The restaurant food is good for me and is 24hrs. Downside is in the room there is no wifi. Only the public area side will have free wifi if you don't mind. Also the toilet a bit stinks but I got bring air fresher so no issue for me. There is a bath tube when I rent it.

I just spent two nights in the hotel for a leisure weekend.
The cost/performance ratio is very good. It´s clean and nice. Dinner in the restaurant was very tasty and affordable.
The service they offer makes it outstanding. Free pickup from the ferry terminal, individually organized tour with a very nice tourguide "thanks again Willy !"
You really feel welcome as guest and you always feel that they care about you and that´s what´s most important in a hotel. I would also like to mention the pool. The pool is also a big plus because it´s long, I think more than 25 meters and 2m deep not like many tiny little hotel pools where you hit your knees on the ground while swimming.
Extra plus when I left the hotel for the ferry terminal (free shuttle again), I was a bit early and Adi the hotel employee at the ferry terminal organized for me a spontaneous individual 1 hour harbour boat tour combined with a visit of some nature aereas. Thanks guy´s ! Was great pleasure staying with you !

Service was good, during breakfast, staffs asked if we would like to have eggs and she ordered and served us the eggs, which was great as many hotels are self service. They also refilled the drinks and food promptly, ensuring all guests gets to enjoy the breakfast delicacies. Location was good as it was near the port which is very convenient when returning. Rooms were fine. However, my relative's room has some cockroaches in it, which is not pleasant. Requested for a change of room and the staffs did it professionally, thus i have no complaints about it, just be sure to check your room!

Room was clean. New Furniture would be a recommended investment in my opinion. AC was very slow and the sink in the shower was quite unfortunate.
Service of the staff needs improvement especially at breakfast-time. The biggest No-Go was the Restaurant, the Card was old, the Prices were old and most of the Dishes weren't available.

There were ants in our room. Everything looks like it has not been used in years. Shower was disgusting and we only got half a roll of toilet paper. Sperm was on our bed sheets. And maybe a drop of blood, we are not sure. Fountains are not turned on or do not even have water in them. Hotel is not near the beach. Staff was very nice though. But I would definitely not go there again.

I think most of the stars on here are from people working at the hotel. Could not explain it otherwise.

The staff's collective fear of knives at breakfast must have a sad explaination. Staff friendly but not well trained - could be related to the knife thing. Rooms are clean and tidy. Pool is busy but well used. Green gardens are quiet and well tended.

We stayed there for 1 night and we have a nice experience on the place. They treat all their guest as VIP's. The hotel staff are so accommodating, and food was great!!. They can arrange a tour for you if you like. They have a driver which very patient and knows the good tourist spot. The hotel rooms are average and have the basic necessities. Wifi is good too. Nice place to stay. Two thumbs up
