  Pengalaman terburuk memilih Ommaya Hotel untuk menginap.
  Security sangat tidak ramah.
  Sudah booking via agoda, pihak hotel mengatakan kamar sudah full dan merasa kebobolan oleh agoda.
  Manajemen tidak memperlakukan pengunjung dengan layak, karena langsung memindahkan tamu ke hotel dengan standar rendah.
  Hotel dengan standar yg lebih buruk dgn alasan semua hotel sudah full. Mereka beralasan karena pemiliknya sama.
  Hotel pengganti sangat tidak layak karena hotel lama. Tempat sangat jauh, banyak nyamuk, ada cicak di dlm kamar, sangat tidak bersih, tv tabung, kamar mandi bau, wc berkarat. Hotel itu bernama Sadinnah yang berlokasi di Kartasura, jauh dari kota.
  Ommaya sangat tidak memperlakukan tamu dengan baik, karena langsung memindahkan tamu tanpa konfirmasi email atau telpon sebelumnya.
