Big room but broken jet showerwe spent the night at the smoking room. Has a big window.. nice but we still can hear the sound of the water pump too noisy

Pretty good hotel. The location is in the downtown. The ballroom is in the first floor, so it's easy to find. Cleanness need improvement, especially in the toilet which is located beside the pool. Friendly staff. Comfortable atmosphere. So, I gave 8/10.

Hotel terlihat bagus dari luar, namun sayangnya dikasih kamar yang buruk. AC tidak dapat dikontrol, air panas dingin tidak dapat diatur. Mau komplain telepon tidak bisa digunakan. Padahal hotel bintang 4.

Hmm it has 4 stars on its logo but the facilities are not for 4-star hotel. There is no gym and no bar. Offer limited breakfast. However the room is big and comfortable.
