  Had a large group stay in Villas 3 & 4 for seven nights, the villas were perfect for us and all that stayed were happy with the accommodation overall. The location is perfect, close to the beach but also super close to great food and shopping, and some of the more popular restaurants and nightlife in Seminyak. The villas are tucked away in a quiet lane, with security and are very quiet both during the day and at night, which is surprising considering how close they are to everything. Both villas were decorated nicely, and provided ample room for everyone to relax and enjoy their holiday.
  
  The true highlight of the villas is the wonderful staff that are employed to look after guests. Mrs Ari and Mr Wayan manage the properties and go out of their way to ensure guests are comfortable and happy. In addition the cleaning and cooking staff are so incredibly lovely, and really looked after all of us each day, without them the trip wouldn't have been so relaxing. Easily my favourite part of the whole experience was the level of care and friendliness from all of the staff, and I would come back in a heartbeat to stay because of them.

  Luxury THEY ARE NOT
  
  I have just left the Red villa and it is far from luxury. Two bed one bath which is ok except the bathroom is in the onsuite upstairs. Walls in kitchen (if you could call a camperstove and sink a kitchen)had major water damage and painted over. Downstairs toilet had a showerhead in the ceiling if you like to shower in your toilet. No handbasin downstairs at all so after toilet use had to wash hands in the kitchen (ha) sink. No outdoor living so not providing that bali living area that you expect and pool was a plunge pool only.
  Pool beds had no matresses so only had your towels for any comfort.
  Basic at best but for price can and we did move and get much much better. Beware.

  Great location. Friendly staff. We rented two villas side by side, very convenient for family reunion or large group.

  Huge party villa!
  Thank you for that big villa! Comfortable to stay with friends, closer to all party best clubs.
  Nice service, clean rooms, clean pool, fresh fruits on breakfast!
  Thank you for free transfer from airport and bottle of Champagne for my birthday :)
