  The goods arrived according to the one day service request, but the Manokwari courier delivered the goods while angry and even said we did not appreciate his work because he waited on the fence for 7 minutes. don't write down one day service if the courier who delivered is angry when we ask to be delivered according to the price we paid. we pay not to be scolded by the courier, sucks

  Tired of this agent's service. Item 5 days late from estimated. After calling CS the next day the new item will be delivered from the office. Couriers are also not as professional as other agents. Please improve the service. thx.
