Positive:
1. Nice hotel, nice room
2. Clean, all d staff friendly
3. Good swimming pool. Warm Water.
4. Nice breakfast
5. This hotel close to mall, more restaurants surrounding it, etc
6. We can pray for jumat in hotel
7. Hotel surrounding by d tree. Love it
8. Recommended. We will come back someday

Negative:
1. Water in basin to slow to sink it. Looks like something blocking d drainer
2. A few time electricity cut off.
3. Water pressure in bathroom a bit slow but still alright.
4. Sometimes run out hot water
5. Basin cracked.

I am impressed with the design and architectural of the hotel. It’s one of its kind. The circular styled for the rooms placement. Great idea. So all room can get the pool view. A very nice hall at the center next to swimming pool.
These are few room for improvements - feedbacks to hotel:
- too bad my room get a stained linen
- the toilet bowl is not flushing perfectly and there is unpleasant odour
- the hot water is not working properly
- the staff could be trained better. They are the least hotel staff that we met in this chain.

Well maintained old hotel next to PTC Mall. I love this hotel for the morning walk in front of the hotel, mall, and surrounding. We were upgraded to room 316, a spacious room with balcony overlooking the pool. Very nice. Good and friendly service too.

As I saw in Novotel Surabaya, in here I found the same concept design. In the middle there is swimming pool and tropical garden. The room is better interior in here than in Novotel Surabaya. Breakfast is very nice. Swimming pool and garden also bigger than in Surabaya. But corridor on 3th floor is very dark. Only floor lighting on night time. Maybe they want to bring romantic or exotic atmosphere on this place on the night time. Respond from the staff (house keeping and receptionist) very fast. Two thumb for this hotel.👍👍

I think it is the best hotel in Palembang. Not only its awesome architecture design, but also its facilities, services and hospitality.
Located on main street, close to a mall, and only few minutes to the airport (if no traffic jam off course).
I recommend this place to stay, either for business or pleasure

My room was on the first floor and I could walk out to the garden from my room. Breakfast was good but not so many good options for me. it's better to have clearer guide to each room. 'cause it's easy to get lost for the first time guest. My boss was lost for 30 minutes to find his room. I highly recommend other guests stay on the first floor. For the 1st floor, you must remember to lock your balcony door before leaving the room.

A good place for a week end get away with the whole family. Good variety of breakfast continental food combine with traditional food. Big swimming pool, fitness centre, big room with hot tubs inside. Just beside the PTC mall where u can find a good food also . Btw they have a good meeting rooms facility

I love this hotel concept. The bedroom is spacious and cozy. Tips: asking for bedroom at 2nd or 3rd floor, both for swimming pool and park view for the best view and privacy. Nice hotel for family vacation and business.

Really like its big room and the pool view from the balcony was also beautiful. The pool itself is another plus point. It's big, not square shape and made it beautiful with some palm-tree island like in the middle of the pool. And completed with underground jacuzzi pool.

Nice and spacious hotel although the housekeeping have room for improvement, nice pool area with live music and pool open from 6 am, the food serve in the restaurant was very nice as well. Nearby to some shopping area and hospital. The price is reasonable as well. Would consider to come back to the same hotel the next time I come to palembang

I've been coming here for years and never been disappointed.
The Hotel is clean and under good maintenance (not typical for Indonesia).
The staff is always friendly and willing to help in every possible way.
The pool is one of the largest in the area.
Food is delicious, a bit pricey though but totally worth it.
Breakfast buffet is very rich and also suitable for westeners.

i don't know why novotel in Palembang is has different quality with other novotel. We are waiting from 1 pm till 3 pm to check in, the reason is the management should prepare and clean the room, the funny fact is the receptionist tell us the ex of guest who use the room is already check out from 11 am. So the management should prepare the room arround > 3 hours :D

Great escape within the city. When you enter this place you feel like you're in some romantic place like bali. The room is spacious. The aircon works very well. And the food tastes very well. They have a huge outdoor swimming pool and a children pool too. Well if you stay here you just won't get bored because of all the facilities they offer. The room rates are worth the price

The only hotel in Palembang which has a private garden with a grand lobby that overlooking the garden, swimming pool and a wedding chapel. The whole area was designed by world renowned architect from Australia, Denton Corker Marshall. The building design as well as the environment as a whole is so unique. So many mosquitos inside the room. It keeps you busy killing them all over night. Air conditioner's setting makes you either cold or hot. Breakfast quality is poor, not matching a 4 star hotel. The hotel management needs to be further improved.
