Great welcoming environment and excellent prices. There is always one person in the salon who has a good command of english. Most of the nail technicians take a little bit of time to understand.
I had shellac manicure and pedicure and really like the finished job. However, their cuticle cutting process could be better. My suggestion would be to put the cuticle gel on and let nail beds soak in water for a few minutes. This is allows the cuticles to soften enough to remove appropriately without any bleeding.
The one thing that has encouraged me to write this review is that I chose one colour (CND -Rose Bud) for both hands and feet and they ran out. The nail technician chose a colour suggesting that it was similar but it turns out it wasn't. This isn't the biggest problem But I think nail salons should have more than one bottle of a colour at any time.
Overall the experience was great. The chairs are very comfy! It did take longer than it usually takes me at my usual salon (Images Brixton London). In total both shellac manicure and pedicure took 1hr45mins. 1 hr for the manicure as I had to point out that my nail beds were still untidy because the cuticles hadn't been cut properly.

Best manicure and pedicure I've ever had in both Bali and Australia. Great price too!
