  Ask to fade my hair , and they cut all . They don't care and make fun of me because it didn't looks right after .

  Worse experience I ever had in a salon. Go to a salon to get pempered after hectic days, but instead, I got mocked by one of the hairdresser here. Yes I was late for the appointment but as a customer I don't deserve to be mocked by one of the hairdresser (I don't know his name but he's a male, have a little bit girly attitude), especially if he's not the one I was made appointment with! He mocked me saying that I'm a "finalis late" (means: late finalist). Other than this incident, at the same day, I also heard one of the capster mock her own customer, she said "kayak singa" (means: like a lion (the hair)) when that customer walking out of salon. This was the worse experience I ever had in a salon. People go to salon to get pempered not to get this kind of service!!! If you don't know how to service your customer better don't work in service line!!!
  
  FYI, my hairdresser that time was Mr. Usman. He was ok, he also a good hairdresser. Lucky that he was the one who do my hair! (not like the other one with the worse attitude!). I won't go back to this salon anymore, at least not this branch.
