Scenary is okay.. park is fun.. quitr fun for little kids.. but i am so sorry.. the room is ugly.. humid, floor is so sticky and not clean at all. The curtains is also dirty and sticky. Bed cover, pillow are smelly. They can do much better.. because everything else is okay just need to manage it better. Swimming pool water is also not clean.

Nice views and weather for overall Berastagi experiences.

Mikie resort hotel itself overrated. The deluxe rooms that we booked for 4 bedrooms all smells mould and very dirty. We ask for exchange . Apparently the better room is superior rooms. But the hotel management doesn’t allow the downgrade for the rooms to be compensated. Therefore we were exhanged into the same deluxe rooms.

Still the deluxe rooms very dirty, full of spiderwebs and smells mould.

The swimming pool itself very dirty, not well maintain.

If you are coming for so so experiences, then it is ok.

But overall, i wont bring my family to come back here again.

Resort yg termasuk terbaik di daerah berastagi dan sekitarnya. Kolam berenang yg cukup untuk permainan anak2, lokasi yg dekat dengan Funland, dekat dg supermaket dan tempat makan di sekitarnya. Fasilitas kamar dan kamar mandi yg lebih dari cukup.

Untuk menginap di Mikie holiday ini Anda harus menyiapkannya jauh2 hari apalagi untuk high season. Perlu diperhatikan bahwa fasilitas breakfast yg disediakan hanya berlaku untuk 2 orang, sehingga jika membawa anak2 akan dihitung per orang.

Jika anda memesan melalui mobile apps, tidak semua kelas kamar disediakan, untuk kamar Mikie Value (termurah) hanya dapat anda pesan langsung di Mikie Holiday baik yg di Medan atau Berastagi.

One my favourite amusements theme park in North Sumatra. Easy to reach from Downtown Berastagi and alot of parking space. but during some holidays season it would be very crowded. i recommended to buy ticket via online to avoid long queue. Also this place is affordable for wheelchair user.

Clean hotel with basic amenities. The hotel has a feel of amusement land with lovely color. Suitable for people with family visiting the fun land located just next to the hotel. Entry to the fun land is complimentary for the hotel's guests. However the fun land is only opened on weekends. And when it rains, you are out of luck.

From the lobby, you can wheel your luggages all the way to the rooms area. However when your rooms are not on level 1 and 2, then you have to carry them using the staircases as the hotel does not have lifts. Of course the concierge will help, but you may not have the heart to ask the poor guy to help you carry all your heavy luggages.

Great place to release your stress and to get your adrenaline up. Love it. It has convinient mushola and many game spot attractions. Make sure you choose the right game spot type, in order not to get sick or even to throw up after finishing the game😊

Not as crowded ae expected. Games were fun. I enjoyed it a lot. Will definitely come back again. Perfect weather. Just hope no volcanic ashes.

We ordered a room for 4 people in it. And we've got a room with 2 floor.on first level there's 2 single bed, a bathroom with shower no bathtub, a mirror, a television, a balcony, a cabinet, a safe box, a staircase to second floor. In second floor it only use half of the room. And it's only for double bed and a long wood for sit or maybe to put your bags or other stuff.

Mikie holiday resort is one of the most famous tourist attraction and also a must visit place when you visit Brastagi and nearby. Mikie holiday resort includes hotel and also a super big mikie funland which is an outdoor playground arena. There are lots of variants for it's hotel rooms, depends on it's facilities and price. On the other hand, the playground arena called mikie funland offers the guest with their promotion called "all you can play" package with the standard rate for the weekdays start from Rp100.000 ,and on the weekend and peak season, the price reaches Rp120.000 . The mikie funland offers more than 30 attractions that suitable for children, teenagers and also adults. You'll always find crowds when you're queueing in the ticket stands. Mikie funland start opening at 10 AM and close around 6 PM. Mikie funland is a must visit tourist attraction when you are around Medan or Brastagi.

Great place for fun..although it dry season, but still cool..you will never feel your skin burnt since no one knows it is hot. Also many games, play here that challenge adrenaline. Cheap entrance, many promotion. The location is not too far from medan city, only the road not 100% good, many spot need repair. So far, it is a nice place to visit on weekend

Such a bad hotel. The world's worse hotel ever. The price they charged me for Superior IDR1,000,000 for a night . Totally not worth. The room full of dust and small. BETTER DONT COME HERE AGAIN. They free breakfast but the bihun have fly inside. Think twice .Before u book

The staff very unfriendly and rude. As children at mutiara hotel 9yo then need pay. My niece and nephew just 4 and 6 yo was asked to pay. The staff used rude words also to tell us that we need to pay. So many flies fly here and there during our breakfast time. So disgusting. We cant even eat comfortably. And the food so limited, until do not know what to take. I do not recommend this place for your holiday in berastagi.

Poor wifi, room smells really bad, i went here on 31st dec 2016 as M Manullang, check-in process was really bad, this is my 4th visit and this resort become worse. They prioritize chinesse people rather than a 'malay face'. Staffs were not friendly at all.

Over all this is the best hotel in Brastagi the only minus is the swimming pool dont have a hot water they got theme park are suitable for kids n adult the theme park are well mantain got an extreme plays like volcano, DVD, tsunami n roller coaster an so much more worth to stay at all

The room is comfortable. The pool is just steps away from our room and the Funland is just beside the resort. The resort is nice but I think they need to provide more activities program so that ppl will not get bored esp. on the night. Please provide more billiard table or add movie room?

This is one of the larger hotel in town and very well manage. Very highly recommended,
It has a very good view because it is located high up and you can see the active volcano from your room if you stay in the right room.

The food is very good, just be very careful with what look like salad veg mix; there is raw hot chilli that many mistaken for ordinary veg.

The room that we stay in was very clean. and the whole hotel compound was planted with very nice flowers giving the place a good mood.
