Apartemen yang bisa kita sewa harian dengan servis hotel ini asyik banget untuk jadi tempat ngumpul bareng keluarga sekaligus staycation. Ada 2 tipe yang ditawarkan, yaitu tipe 2 bedrooms dan juga 3 bedrooms. Untuk yang tiga bedrooms sebenarnya bisa saya bilang sebagai 2.5 bedrooms, karena kamar ketiga memiliki hanya 1 tempat tidur single, sehingga mungkin hanya cocok untuk ditempati oleh asisten keluarga.

Ruangan cukup luas, interior pun simple dan nyaman. Tidak terlalu mewah seperti Somerset yang ada di sebelah Grand Indonesia, tapi sudah sangat nyaman untuk dijadikan tempat staycation sekeluarga.

The room is nice but the facilities are bad. No water heater and the sofa cushion already tear.. please upgrade or çnge everything in the room.. its a bit old.

Pas sampe hotel ini malem. Kita nginep disini karena liat kolam bernangnya yang lumayan besar. Kita nginep di kamar lantai 9. Kamarnya pas deh untuk ngumpul ramai2. Tapi ya karena apartement lama jadi perabotannya lama gitu. Acnya jg belum central. But so far, seneng nginep di sini. Karyawan2nya jg friendly banget!

This residential can be rented for short stay, a really nice place especially for a family. We stayed for 2 nights in 3 bedroom suite/apartement. What excited us, they provide stove and microwave and kitchen equipment. It has nice swimming pool, espcially for kids any age. But only 1 restaurant for the entire residence ad menu limited, but the ambience and service is good. The lounge is nice and you can hang with family there. There is only 1 mini market available but it is enough for us. Overall its a good place to stay, we enjoyed our stay very much

Bad service, poolside lot of moss, too slippery, don't have swimmingpool guard.
Hallway smells bad.
Room sevice not provide towel.
Breakfast menu not good.

Have a lot of car parking space, free of charge.
Have large unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, kitchen, maid room.

I was booked 3BR apartment for xmas holidays arrived at 3pm and have to waited 2 and half hour for room preparation. We didn't get any towels & mat as we enter the room. We called housekeeping they said running out and send us next 1hr 4 towels & a mat, yes a mat for whole unit. The restaurant to small and food was so so. Good thing is they have spacey room with quite fully equipment and friendly staff.

Last time we book an apartment with 3 bedrooms, we were absolutely satisfied. Its perfect if you want to stay as a large group or with family and kids. The price is so worth it. The room is big and spacious, not crampy like most apartment i saw,with minimalist style furniture. It even come with full set kitchen like refrigerator,microwave,stove, basic utensils (plates,spoons,forks,scissors,knife,etc). If you want to stay for more than a day and don't want to bring so many clothes, there is a washing machine, though you need to buy your own detergent, but don't worry, if you are to lazy to go outside, there is a minimart in the basement parking lot B1 if i'm not wrong. There are 2 bathrooms. They provide tv cable and free wifi. Our stay didn't include breakfast, but the next time we stay there i will rent a room with breakfast. The pool is good, not too small but not deep either. There is a fitness center if u want. There are a lot of parking spaces but because we are guests we must park our car in B2. My suggestion,don't bring big car because the driving space in the parking lot is quite narrow so be very careful while driving. There is no parking fee if you rent a room here. I attach some photos of the room during my stay.

Perfect Hotel to stay with Family and kids
The apartment style is ideal for a holiday with little kids
very specious apartments
The kids loved the very large pool which was perfect for young kids as well as seasoned swimmers
the Saffron restaurant serves a very good breakfast
and even other meals are Delicious
the staff are friendly and speak English
taxis at the doorstep
Carrefour is just a walking distance from Hotel
there's also a small supermarket at the basement of the hotel for essentials

We stay for 7 days start Jan 14 2016 we got five floor. Fortunallty for us our non smoking room did'nt smell. The room was big enough so my granddaughter can play around in the room. Its nice bathroom has bathtube and big mirror, the kitchen room is big,clean and comfy with complete amenities so my daughter like it much. My son in law from USA he really enjoy to stay here but not many eating place around this area.

Great Apart hotel in south of Jakarta! I was travelling with my family, and some of us are sick. We arrived at 2.30 pm, which is normally fine to check-in, however our room was not ready. The reception asked me if we could wait for 20 minutes, so we did wait at the lobby. Half an hour later, our room was still not ready, and I was really upset and tired. It was the first time in my life waiting that long for checking-in at a 4 stars hotel. At the end, we could get in to our room 1 and a half hour later. As a sorry for the waiting time, they did upgrade to 3 rooms bedroom apartment instead of 2 rooms. Beside that little incident, we were happy with the facility of the hotel. The idea of having a washing machine and dryer was awesome! The breakfast was ok. I had the omelette on a first day, it was preaty greasy. The choice of breakfast wasn't that much compare to other four stars hotel.

Friendly for family vacation. Food is so so. Nice room, clean, large. Clean equipment. But anyway I don't like the security officer there:

Once I went there with ojek, they stopped me in the gate and asked in which level I lived. I wonder what is the function of receptionist and lobby then? But everytime I went with car or taxi, nobody asked. Funny they found people dangerous when arrived with motorcycle. Should they care more about hospitality. Since, anyway, they have quiet nice place tho

Service not at the level expected and for the price paid !!!

- breakfast not fresh,
- food no real choice,
- guest not respecting the quietness and no manage (people drunk in the restaurant, in the middle of te familly)
- gym is a sauna with 30° don't expect enjoying it

I don't recommand this place
=> definitively too expenssive !!!!
