Great location, near the main street, but quite. Warungs, restaurants, supermarkets, dive centers, bike rental are easy accessable. Friendly, helpful staff

BEDBUG WARNING. I typically stay in hotels around 150 nights a year, all over. Also hostels and airbnbs. I have never had a customer experience like this.

I checked in and put my stuff on the table by the door, and did my usually bedbug test. There was a big one hiding right on the net on the bed. I came and explained to the host, who in his defense could not speak great English, that I would have to check out since I couldn't stay in such a room not the homestay.

The host agreed, but the owner of the property refused to refund me any money whatsoever when I emailed him.

If you are ok with bedbugs feel free to book this hotel.

Oh dear, this was one out the worst places I have ever stayed in Indonesia and we were get pleased to leave. Mainly because the bedrooms face West into the sun and have no shade, hence in the afternoon they heat up like greenhouses and became unbearably hot. No air conditioning means you have to leave the windows open and then get bitten. There is a mosquito net, but as the room is so hot this only makes things worse. I was so sweaty every morning the bed was drenched it was disgusting.
In addition to this the service provided was basic basic basic, sheets smelled damp and stale (on the first night it was so bad it stopped me sleeping), and there is clearly a security risk as they advise everything to be locked 100% of the time (even overnight while you sleep)

Nice place. Got a big room with a fan. No hot water, but that is standard in flores. Has free WiFi. Felt more like a hotel than a homestay.

Maybe a touch on the pricey side for a non AC room that smelled of smoke and took 15 minutes for them to find our booking. Other than that, the beds were comfy enough but it was a warm night even with the fans!

Manta Manta was a fantastic little place to stay in central Labuan Bajo. The place is simple and at the budget end but it is secure, kept spotlessly clean and the superior rooms have a good view. The staff were super friendly, helpful and relaxed. Pepeng and his crew of college students kept all our bookings flexible and helped with early or late check ins. We stayed on and off for a over a week either side of a diving safari and whilst sorting out our visas. Can't thank them enough for welcoming us to Flores. Adrian was also a great help in organising a few tours and giving us solid information about Labuan Bajo.

Manta Manta is a nice guest house. From our room we had a wonderful view to the harbour and the National Park. It was absolutely clean and spring beds were in good condition. The room provided a good mosquito net and a safety box which is seldome for this category of a low budget accommodtion in Indonesia. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

have been there on recommendation of a friend and i got fully satisfied, room was clean, wifi worked reasonable and i got possibility to park my bike safely. the location is top (up a small hill so bit breeze when sitting in front of the room) near the harbour, short ways to warungs and supermarket. had a beer and a small talk with the owner pleasant stay, i definitely will be back there

I stayed in Manta Manta during my trip to East-Indonesia. Very clean rooms with good spring beds. Of course the rooms are basic as usual in East-Indonesia. But I didn’t missed anything. I could use the WiFi they provided. In the evening there was a fresh breeze from Australia. The staff was friendly and helped me a lot to arrange my trips.

They offer a safe parking place for free!

The guest house is close to the harbour and airport. All the restaurants and dive centers are among. Wifi was working when i was there. One of the cleanest rooms in Labuan Bajo. If course it was a little bit hot.. but they are in process to install a ventilation system so that the fresh breeze from outside enters the room. Now they are going to provide AC as well.

The family here was nice and helpful. It's hard to get to in the dark and the rooms stayed extremely hot even with the fan going at full speed. We also had issues with mosquitos. Booked for 4 nights and ended up only staying 2 to dive from a liveaboard.

No working Wifi even though it claims it has wifi.
A very loud morning with moquses blasting the call of prayer for an hour a 4:30am, followed by roosters and barking dogs.
No problems with the room.
