  Incredibly unhappy and disappointed with what Manik did to my hair. I was getting my weft extensions moved up and was told that the staff were trained and knew how to do a weft extension. Well that was very misleading. My braids fell out within a few days (this should last 6-8 weeks) and my bottom row turned into dread locks. The staff tried to convince me that i had bad quality hair and that i had looked after them badly when I have had the exact same extensions for 6 months and have never had a problem. By the way i paid over $1,000 for my extensions as they were the best on the market. Seems like my hair was not the problem at all!
  
  I then politely requested a refund over messages and was told to come to the salon. I then enquired about the refund once the staff removed the extensions from my hair. the owner and staff members were incredibly rude, insulting and refused to refund me and then tried to charge me for further treatments and for the removal of the extensions. They gave me a petty amount back for the damage they did and refused a full or at least decent refund. For completely destroying someones hair, the insane about of time inconvenience this caused me and the fact i have to hold off my modelling jobs because my hair looks terrible is inexcusable. I don’t believe it was unfair to ask for a refund for a misleading and terrible service. This shop has no integrity and should be embarrassed at their lack of customer service and workmanship.

  Hi, okay, I shopped around for extensions at almost every hair salon I could think of and found that this was the best option. They do extensions constantly and are super experienced. I gots full head of keratin tipped human hair extensions for under 5 million rupiah.
  
  The lady who did my hair was named Marnie and she did an absolutely wonderful job. I'm super happy with the results and would highly reccomend anyone looking to get hair extensions to check this place out!

  Wreaked my hair. Had to come back to australia and get it fixed. The girl that did my hair there was aussie aswell, rushed the bleach and rushed cutting it was very un even. Very expensive. Cheaper in australia
  
  March is when i went here and she may have left now. And it may have improved.

  1st time I have dyed my hair. I was afraid that something will go wrong. But this place is amazing. Quality people working here. I love how my hair looks. And they asked a fair price for it. Best place in kuta! Highly recommend.

  Horrible service at receptionist. I think its because my girlfriend is local and they think we are not their potential customer. Good luck with that in Bali!

  275K for a bad haircut. Didn't get the name of the woman as didn't say anything to me. She was white (Australian I'd guess). Didn't smile once. Did a rushed job. Uneven cut. Not professional at all. She cheated with the other workers. Kinda bossy. Will need to find someone to fix what she did to my hair.

  First very good quality of work and very friendly stuff. He corrected my haircolor and I was so happy after it :-). Also styling very nice and absolutly to recommend. International stuff from spain and local also.
  If I ever need a hairdresser in Bali I will go there.
