They were able to accomodate me within a short time frame which was really convenient, the staff were so friendly and comforting, and doctor Bhertha was professional and straight to the point, recommending a treatment plan and answering all my questions with adequate information and reassurance. The facilities are high quality, clean & comfortable. I highly recommend.

I am so happy with Cocoon. They are highly professional!
From the beginning they answered my mailes within very short time, and they answered all my questions with patients. The doctor was educated, and she did not try to sell me stuff just for money but recommended me treatments due to my skin conditions. She informed me well (also risk factors). She was warm and cared about my well being. They also had a nurse to take care of me before the doctor came, and she was there throughout the session. Very comforting! I'm also pleased with the treatment in it self, and the results!
I can highly recommend Cocoon!

Flawless - transportation to a realm of tranquility , privacy, professionalism > walking out even more beautiful then before.

The only set back was waiting so long for refreshment whilst waiting at reception. It's hot outside ;)
Besides from that which is a minor grumble very impressed.

I am thankful for discovering cocoon medical spa in Bali! Has I live in for 2 years, my skin get a lot of sun exposure and I am loosing some of my glow and I can see some sun damaged on my body. I had the chance to experiment the Package cleopatra 3, the microdermabrasion and micro needling was painless (because of the cream they put before) and really well made and explain before the procedure. I was well taking care of during all the steps of those treatments. I am really about the result even after one day. I am looking forward to go back and maintain the treatment to give my skin the treat it deserve. Taking care of our skin is so important and even more with the good product and treatment and I am now sure that Cocoon medical spa is the place for me to make sure I glow again :) ! Thank again for the great time and service I had the other day!

Big thankyou to the team at Cocoon. I tried a PRP treatment to help my skin texture and reduce fine lines, especially around the nose and mouth. I can't recommend this treatment highly enough, and combined with a beautiful gold facial and microderm monthly my skin is looking stunning - makeup free every day and loving it. Really loving my monthly facials there, especially while living here in Bali with so much toxic polluted air. The new Manager, Mr Setiawan, is a wonderful addition to the team created by Louise, and I must thank the very wonderful Nurse Ellis for her kindness when I was nervous about the treatment - she put me totally at ease. Thanks guys. xxxxx

I cannot recommend Cocoon Medical Spa high enough. The staff are incredible, and the treatments are amazing. I highly suggest getting the oxygen facial and microdermabrasion!

I went to Cocoon Medical Spa to check it out. Not sure which treatment I should take. The doctor was friendly and professional; she advised me what kind of treatment will fit my skin and my needs. She took time to explain the ups and downs of the treatments and what to expect. During the treatment the medical staff were professional and friendly; they ensure that I felt comfortable. After the treatment I felt relax, calm and fresh, just what I needed.
I enjoyed the atmosphere and nice design of Cocoon, can't wait to go back for another amazing treatment.

The salt room treatment at Cocoon was the first time and did not know what to expect and feel. The staff member performing the treatment was very professional, friendly and took tike to explain the process and what to expect. Later that day I felt calm and relaxed and had better sleep. Cocoon Medical Spa in Bali is my absolute go to for medical Spa treatments - the environs are stunning and they deliver a unique combination of relaxation Spa experiences with international clinical professionalism. The medical staff are highly trained and the level of service is world class, with the great benefit of being much cheaper than Australia or Europe. I would highly recommended this Spa to anyone visiting Bali for both face and body treatments.
