Beautiful setting. Varied menu - does some nice vegan and veggie options too. Came for dinner. Nice relaxed atmosphere and elegant decor. Great service. Recommend their amazing burrata starter. The came for lunch and enjoyed the calm and peaceful setting. Different options on menu and had very tasty veggie burger. Great wine list. Defiantly worth visiting if you’re in town.

A nice restaurant with wonderful view and excellent services. Foods are great, although few of them are just okay. Usually, the place is crowded, but on weekdays during low season you can get a place. Just to be sure, make a reservation first.

An absolutely stunning venue located in Bali. This restaurant and gallery is maintained and staffed to a very high standard. The quality of food here is unmatched in comparison to other 'fine dining' venues in the area. The grounds are well maintained and it has an overall ambient and relaxed vibe. Visited here 2 days in a row and cannot fault this place. Prices are very reasonable given the quality, service and setting of Mètis. Will be back next time we're in Bali.

Beautiful spot with great food. The service was exceptional. Prices are up there (especially for Bali) but it waa worth it. Make sure to reserve a table in advance to be seated next to garden, nice ambience guaranteed. And a dessert share plate is a must!

Wonderful ambient and very attentive wait staffs. Had two recommendation for the starter and both taste good especially the goose liver. The lamb rack is a bit gamey for my liking but overall it's a good experience. Unfortunately the restaurant miss out the fifth star is because it's really hot where I was sitting, it's a open concept dining and so there is no air conditioning. I wasn't fully enjoying my meal while perspiring throughout the dinner.

Metis is our new favourite restaurant in Bali. The ambience is stunning. It is not air conditioned but it is comfortable. The grounds and art work are beautiful. The service and food are outstanding. We loved our evening.

The food is pretty good, but over priced. I love a nice red but the reds from Aust there are bargain bin variety (under $10.00 in Aust) and over $100.00 a bottle here - made me wonder if the same for the European wines too. It was 'close' with little relief from the heat. I think the money better spent on beach front where the is a sea breeze !

Best restaurant in Bali ! Incredible food and wine list is amazing, they have a wine specialist here named Puta. Ask for him for wine recommendations. We did a rib eye and excellent Malbec with it.

Must eat if you go to Bali. Very romantic setting. Food is superb. Try a bunch of the appetizers. First time I saw "Lucky Buddha beer" and I had to try it. Comes in a cool looking bottle. Make a reservation. The restaurant is spacious but looks like it fills up pretty quickly. Come during sunset to take photos. But its when the sun goes down and the lights all magically come on is where you see this restaurant truly shine. Wonderful experience. Incredible staff and service too

Top restaurant to visit in Bali. Well executed dishes, modern western cooking with asian touch. It has extended at the back with much more capacity yet the service is not compromised. It has function room on the 2nd floor for more secluded private party. Reserve to avoid disappoinment.

Elegant garden landscape with terraced outdoor seating flanked by boutique gift shops that could easily be considered a miniature art museum. Service was professional and impeccable. Wonderful Tasmanian salmon filet and a delightful vegetarian antipasto platter at lunch time. After a day of slogging through the humidity of Canggu shopping, this relaxing lunch was simply perfect. Probably a little pricier than your standard meal in south Kuta, but worth every penny for the quality, presentation, and price.

Beautiful place to go for a romantic dinner. We got the tuna sashimi as a starter, then the duck and lamb for mains. Everything was cooked to perfection and the waiters were very attentive.

Nice designedly. Small from the outside, but quite wide on the inside. The security staff could be more friendly, please teach them some manners.

Great place for dinner. The garden is recently renovated. Easily located on the main Street, plenty of parking space. Food pricing can be expensive. Good service. There's a shop selling antiques and handiworks.

Great restaurant! Very well executed concept, had recommended my guests to pick this restaurant as a dinner and they were satisfied. Today, I just sent an important letter from my hotel to their management and the owner by motorcycle, the security asked me to hand it to them then I asked and to make sure the letter shall be received by the recipents. The security response was unexpected, I got scoled he said that I didn't believe him. No sir, I just need to make sure, this is my job to ensure every task I did is conveniently complete because I represent something important. The security initial was "KW" , please give an appropriate standard so they would not abuse their authority anymore. Thanks.

Excellent ambience, but as happens with most of these luxury divining places, I don't like their food.

The cheese was chewy and stringy, but maybe it was suppose to be like that.

It was my birthday so they served up an excellent birthday dessert and sang me a great song!

Went back 3 nights in a row, 2 of us both had the best meals of our life being the Seared ruby snapper with prawn moose tortellini, leeks and crab bisque. The desserts are out of this world. Stunning venue and top notch service, cannot fault this place.

5 star for service, food and quality! Love this place to bits! Had my birthday celebration here and the staffs made my bday experience in Bali so memorable! The escargot mushroom is to die for, and the assorted desserts (2 pax) are delicious! Seafood Linguine is not bad, love the crab meat 😄 amazing environment and ambience if you're seated facing the garden!

Loved our experience here. The waitress was friendly and helped us with our selection of food. The restaurant was beautiful, we didn't know that they had such a large space inside with an amphitheater. We could have had our wedding rehearsal here! The food itself was very tasty and lived up to its expectations. To us this was a place to visit if you want to experience culinary dishes other than the local and looking for a fine dining with a special one.

Quite disappointed after hearing so much hype about this place. The best main course we ordered was the steak. The rest was disappointing.

The restaurant itself is very spacious, but I recommend not wearing shorts, because it's semi outdoors and there's a lot of mosquitoes.

One of the most pretentious restaurants I've in in lately. Hardly any local dishes.
Flavors of the food an drink are good, the rest; it depends what your into.
Looking for a true local experience don't go. If you like you food to travel half way across the world definitely go here.

First time I'm having dinner wit my fiancé at this restaurant..When I entered the restaurant it was a good atmosphere and nice view..and the staff in the restaurant was not smiling at me.maybe because of my face looks like them.and they realized that I'm Balinese.
And then while we seated the service was good, food comes course by course but the timing quite slow..and then they even never pay attention while we waiting our dessert, and we were waiting the dressert for 30 mins..and they don't even inform us about our dessert.slow service..! I suggest try to avoid slow service,!! Because I work in hospitality too..and know how the guest feel if they disappointed about the service !!!

Environment is nice but the quality of food is abit disappointed. I ordered quali , but it was so salty n my hubby 's steak is even worse. In the menu, it said it is aged steak but the quality indeed was worse off than The one in Tony Roman's few days ago.

An elegant, modern French restaurant with a lounge and gallery attached. Great service, really good food and wine. Great for date night or a special occasion. Take a walk in the garden in front of the restaurant, very romantic at night! I ordered the steamed white snapper and Grand Marnier soufflé – all delicious.

I'm recommending Metis to all my friends who visit Bali. The venue is sexy, sophisticated and romantic.

The food was sublime and we appreciated the team's recommendations. We enjoyed the escargot, trio tartare and crab bisque for entree. Mains were the seafood fricassée and organic rabbit leg confit. Make sure you have the dessert tasting plate and we couldn't go past adding a serve of the pista choc souffle.

I bought a beautiful piece of jewelry from the boutique. The entire concept is intriguing and en pointe from the restaurant to the retail component.
