It is quite different with what I expect when seeing in the app. Have a little trouble with the key for first entry. An old condition of room make me uncomfortable such as old towel, etc.

Worst experience in 3stars hotel. Stayed there for almost 2 months (can't change hotel as my company already paid for a long stay). Asked the housekeeper to changed my bed sheet several times, they didnt do it. Had my coffee in bedroom, they didn't wash the cup properly (coffee's ground still there), so much dirt on the floor, they never sweep/vacuum it, restaurant's foods tasted bad generally. Staffs don't seem to understand they're working in hospitality and service industry. I don't recommend staying here. Never intend to comeback too.
Jambi has high demand for hotel rooms but only has limited hotels. They better fix their service instead of hiding behind this high demand.response / report this review -

Best Rate hotel in Jambi with modern Design. the room clean and the bathroom quite large. with variety of breakfast in the morning. its located next to restaurant and hospital, so don't worry if u feel sick. the problem is the parking area quite small. the location quite strategic close to some restaurant/cafe, ATM and main road.

Saya check in tanggal 17 April 2018 sore hari. Sepertinya saat itu saya lupa meminta kembali KTP dan petugas receptionist saat itu juga sepertinya lupa mengembalikan KTP saya. Sampai di hari jumat tanggal 20 April 2018 saya baru menyadari bahwa KTP saya tidak ada. Saat saya coba datang ke receptionist ternyata KTP saya masih ada disana. Disini saya merasa receptionist kurang peka jika ada KTP yang tertinggal. SEBAIKNYA, pihak hotel dapat menghubungi saya atau paling tidak bisa membuka database saya untuk menginformasikan bahwa KTP saya tertinggal di hotel (hotel kan tau saya dikamar nomor berapa dan nomor telp saya juga ada). Jika saya mungkin tidak menyadari KTP saya tidak ada mungkin hingga saat ini atau saat saya dibandara saya akan kesulitan untuk check in. Mohon agar pelayanan dari Luminor Hotel dapat ditingkatkan.

Checking in and out did not take too long. I did not manage to find any available carpark upon arrival but the hotel provided valet service free-of-charge. Room and toilet was clean, bed was clean and comfy. AC was cold enough. My only complaint was the sink hole near the shower did not drain the water fast enough which caused a slight flood in the toilet.

Love the room. Simple, brown, woody ambience. The restaurant looks elegant and polished. The view from the room is marvelous (6th floor). A loot of food peddlers around. Took me 30 minutes to checkin, the receptionist is a little rusty, maybe it was a busy day. Got no entertainment or health facility though.

From outside the hotel is quite lovely but the inside could do a bit of decorating and some painting.
The bed is great and very comfortable. Personally I love the breakfast especially the desert - I love the color ( I hope it’s natural coloring 😛)
I need to mention the escalator because it is a bit old and small.
I had a problem with booking upon my arrival. They couldn’t find my phone booking but they managed to sort it out.response / report this review -

Elegant and luxury hotel with very friendly, polite and helpful staffs. i expected that i will get small rooms but i got big rooms with very clean bathroom, i really noted their delicious food also served here and their ballroom is very comfy for family gathering.
