An excellent 3 star hotel. Pretty, neat, and clean. I love the wood ambience of the surroundings, the bed is comfy, the room is pretty, window is big enough to absorb much amount of sunlight. The best part is, I can enjoy my breakfast with amazing view of the Batanghari River & Gentala Arasy Bridge from the rooftop restaurant.

Room its ok, but facilities is not ok. Example cannot make hot coffee in the room. Must go outside near lift, no convenient for guest.

New hotel with modern fixture and fitting
Strategic location. There is mall, local market, batanghari river, and icon bridge for walker and traveler

Not really comfortable during my stay here, so full of cigarette smoke, bad small, dirty pillow cover, not kids friendly, and bad breakfast, it's not even 9 am there were almost nothing to eat and the staff just let it be Without checking it, so we decide to leave immediately without having breakfast poor limited parking area. The only good thing is it is located near the city centre. Won't stay here ever again!

Good new hotel, in front of Ramayana shopping center and WTC Mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is not so big for superior, only 15m2, but it is clean. Air Con is well functional, hot water is good although the water shower is not powerfull. The hotel lobby is not on the ground level, so we need to take an elevator to lobby floor. The breakfast is on a sky lounge at 10th floor with the view to Sungai Batanghari and Jembatan Gentala Arasy. The breakfast menu is standard, nothing special, the menu is same everyday but the taste is ok. Recommended to stay here.
