Lovely hotel right on the beach. We got the Superior bungalow and it was spacious with hot water and bottle of water every day! Nice staff. Can recommend

Set in pretty gardens beside the beach. The rooms themselves are a bit tired but the beds are comfortable and clean.

The staff is friendly and helpful.
The rooms look like prison cells from 50 years ago. The walls are blank and partly with cracks and mold. The beds, which are really the only furniture in the empty rooms, besides a bedside table, are functional.
Animals are kept out of the rooms with nets in front of the windows and mosquito incense coils. The bathroom had no net in front of the unclosable window.
Note that there is also no warm water.
The rooms do not live up to usual western hotel standards. On the plus side the price is cheap.
Breakfast is a choice of 5 different meals, nothing special. Drinks can be refilled. (Only water and orange juice)
The WiFi is OK to stream videos with occasional hiccups.response / report this review -

Very friendly staff! Nice with the private pool but no hot tube. Beautifull sunset meal on the beach. Do not go on the dolphin trip wich we booked outside of the hotel, it is terrible to see the Dolphins getting chased Spend the money on Projects in protecting wildlife instead.

I found a boatman on the beach further up where the local selling ladies sit and rest. Got a very reasonable price for dolphin trip cheaper than sold anywhere else. The boatman is unlike other boats chasing dolphins and other boats all the time. Even turn of engine.. And guess what.. The other boats minutes later chased the Dolphins our way and we saw them so close to the boat.. Very nice.

This is a nice seaside hotel, but not a BEACH hotel. There is an exit towards the sea, but it is not a beach, there are boats parked there, and all kind of peddlers swarm you as soon an you approach.
The garden and pool is well-kept and fresh, buildings look good.
From the inside they're less cozy - it is evident that the buildings are older, and wasn't properly renewed.
Bedrooms are OK - no fridge, no safe, no nothing except for the bed actually, but it looks acceptable and clean enough.
The ACs are top - silent, effective, you can set the temperature exactly.
Bathroom is the worst point again - the sink is in the bedroom with no hot water, no shower cabin so you get the toilet wet when you shower, and the bathroom cover is old and no so nice. There are bugs coming up here, but at least it doesn't stink. Yeah, and hot water supply is limited, probably not enough for 2 to have a shower.
Breakfast was pretty terrible (we tried all the options, no buffet), so we didn't want to try the kitchen for lunch/dinner.
All in all, the place looks nice, not expensive, but has some issues that may bother you. Still, I would go there again (but choose a newer, more expensive room with more equipment).response / report this review -

Lovina is an often overlooked beach resort in Bali. That alone makes it worth a look.

Enjoyed my stay in this hotel, the room is clean, the staff was friendly, and you get to see a natural swimming dolphin if you get up early The swimming pool is nice too.

A very enjoyable place for my family. Superb pool. Relaxing, comfortable environment with garden. Located right on the wide beaches with shady trees. From the restaurant I can see the beach 180 degrees panoramic view. Good food. Haven for snorkeling and dolphin watching spot. Also the sea is calm, safe for salt water swimming The room, air-conditioner, bath-room are good. The staff are friendly and helpful. I am surely come again.
