I like its swimming pool. And the breakfast is just so awesome! Complete! And nice for family trip.

After all, nice couse located in the middle of the city and near to local market (which i luv so much). But when I was there the hotel is still renovation so cannot enjoy far enough.
Some old thing still need fixed, couse its hot outhere so its OK not to get the hot water on shower.
please the wifi connection for stable, for bussiness trip its could be annoying.

wifi ballroom tidak gratis bahkan saat acara besar kesannya hotel pelit. acara acara seminar seharusnya wifi tak perlu di password untuk memudahkan peserta seminar mengakses internet karena didalam ball room sering hilang sinyal

Just outside the hotel and cross the street u can find The Mataram Mall. This hotel has many rooms & conventions. Unfortunatelly it has no w/ roof parking area for motorcycle. Even so, u can still park ur motorcycle in Lombok Gardens Hotel's parking area which has the roof

They renovate the hotel, which was not disclosed. Hanging works all day, unpleasant sight, building site. If I do not know, I'm not coming here.

Loved the roomclean and tidy. Quiet place and nearby gift shop, mall and restaurant. Close to public transport if you want to go somewhere. But only some rooms got good views.

The bathroom was horrible. All the taps and showers were leaking. Not sure if it was the cause for mosquitos as there was an abundance of them in the room. The bathroom does not match the bedroom either.
