  - Located in around the shopping street, it would be traffic jammed while weekend.
  
  - Has so many tenant categories, consist of
  1. supermarket : Hypermart,
  2..Department Store : Matahari,
  3. Home Supplies : Electronic City, Miniso, Mr.DIY ,
  4. Food : Imperial Kitchen , Elok Garden Good Court (colaborated with OVO), ichiban sushi
  5. Cafe : Starbuck, JCO, Maxx Coffee,
  6. Entertainment : Cinemaxx-Cinepolis , Kidz Station, Amazone
  7. Function Space : PODIUM Function Space
  8. Snack : Kabobs, gulu-gulu, kopi kenangan
  9. Apparel : Sport Station, Payless, Yongki Komaladi,
  
  - Facilities : Disabled restroom, information desk, metal detector, moeslim praying room on the basement 2, car and motorcycle parking area payment integrated by Ovo
