We stayed at Lembongan Beach Villas Resort in 16-20 June 2017, booking made under the name Adrian..
It was our second honeymoon together with our witness. It was the most expensive place that we had been booked in 9 years living in indonesia. The place is super nice, just a little old and for the price not well maintananced and also not super clean, but still ok. The staff on side is super friendly and helpful.
In first night (16 June to 17 June) my wife wake up and had some funny bites that definitely was not from mosquito bites.
And in the morning, We’re talk to the front office to checked our room because we were thinking its BED BUGS. They checked the room and said everything is ok.
In the second night (17 June to 18 June), me and my wife could not sleep at all and my wife got bites (again) by many BED BUGS as you can see on the picture.
I catched one and showed it to the front office on the next morning. Even they could see the arm of my wife plus the BUG i catched they were still refusing that its BED BUGS. They cleaned all our bedsheets and put a new mosquito nett. Once again, the staff on side was super friendly and helpful.
I called the management per phone to ask about changing the room, the manager was super unfriendly and told me thats not his problem and i have to talk to the front office.
So we had to stay one more night (18 June to 19 June) - without sleeping at the same Villa. We tried to sleep on the daybed at the pool, but because of many mosquito we still could not sleep.
The next morning i called the managemant again and same with the day before he just was super unfriendly and told me to go to front office.
Front office was always super friendly, they were checked again our villa, but now with really intense, and on that day, finally they realized its BED BUGS!
They said sorry and gave us a new Villa also free cocktails plus free laundry for all our clothes.
And They promised to give as a refund for our last night (19 June to 20 June) stay at Lembongan Beach Villas
Our stayed more than 9 month ago and still there is no refund from Lembongan Beach Villas Resort. Everytime we contact them, they always gave different answers :
“Sorry, we are new managemant.”
“Sorry we are just the marketing.”
And the last answer from them said that they already send the refund.
But still NO REFUND until now!
We are also working in hospitality in Bali so we know how sensitive socal media and reviews are!!
Sorry Lembongan Beach Villas Resort, 9 month is to long!!

Great place, excellent staff (especially Dewa), lovely pool, amazing view. The rooms and "plunge pools" could do with a bit of love and care though, otherwise it would be a clear 5*

Ocean front resort directly where you get off from the boat. Clean and comfortable room, big pool, great food. You can feel the luxurious and pampering treatment starting by feet wash at the entrance of the place. The warm smile from the staffs is a promise of the friendly service.

Fantastic view, private but great proximity to the Main Street of Lembongan, restaurants and beach! Really loved staying here, we will be back!
