Acceptable standard hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was fine but it was not non-smoking and no other rooms were available which sort of ruined an otherwise good stay

Simply the best Hotel in Mataram. Quite far from the city centre, but definitely worth a stay. Nice brekky, good view, quite throughout the whole day.

The best hotel in lombok. The staffs are friendly the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is awesome. The first hotel that provide "jamu" healthy drink.
Highly recommend to taste the ginger milk drink as this is their signature drink.
Oh ya the staff suprised us with complimentary cake on my birthday. That's too sweet, I mean the staffs, not the cake. Lolresponse / report this review -

The hotel is located in city center with a nice view of Rinjani mountain and nice rice field.surroumding
Near to the famous Rambiga satay and many ayam taliwang.
As of Nov 17, the hotel is quite new.. the management still running a good maintenance on basic hotel facilities and supplies room is clean.. towel.is clean.. you only have 2 towels / room
Free wifi at average speed

My only complaint is the hotspot system for wifi prevents chromecast to connect to Internet, which need MAC address spoofing workaround. However availability of UseeTV stb for every room does offset the need of streaming movies.

Pros: affordable (around 40 usd a night), good room service food and drinks (5usd burgers), clean, and nice staff. They had nice Jasmine smelling lotions and body wash and good water pressure.
Cons: not a central location, karaoke bar wasn't that good and had poor management (the cheapest bottle of alcohol they had was 100 usd), spa is very small and had an odd smell, staff didn't really speak English so it was really hard to communicate (but they really tired and were really nice), LOTS of noise in the morning that woke us up (first day was construction, second day was this super loud music for a Zumba class? I think lots of people complained so they shut it down after 30mins), and lastly, alcohol was way over priced.
Side note: I lost my watch there and have been trying to call them, but I still have not gotten a reply (staff member says they will call me back. Also, they hung up on us several times). They also might not understand what we were saying but it is a small place with barely any tourists so that's inevitable.response / report this review -

It's not a bad hotel but the management and the conditions are the worst.As soon I step to reception they ask me for extra money like a deposit. Not speaking their language was even worst. The room was dirty and smelly. We worder room service and they couldn't charged to the room .they request to pay with a local credit card.we was discussing until the food was cold and they had to take it back.soo in the end I didn't eat but I pay it.nobody from management want to show up to apologize.the stuff it's very friendly , however I don't recommend this hotel to nobody.they spoil my day and my vacation .

One of the best places to sleep and to stay in Lombok during your travel ,newly-opened Hotel modern with great views of the mountain, lovely pool, amazing breakfast. Food is really great here and not too expensive . Staff is very friendly and really supported us when we forgot some importent and expensive stuff inside the cab and we were very worried. When we told our matter to the front desk ;they took our matter very seriously and called the taxi componey located the taxi and found our belongings, these guys were amazing. The entire hotel is clean and tidy .24 hour room service with in room dining I would recommend to everybody had allowed it stay here .40 minutes Drive from the airport! Very comfortable stay.

I was in this hotel few time for pick up some of visitor who book daily tour program on me. They are 4 start standard hotel service. Room was big, nice bath room and lovely view in the morning and great breakfast.The hotel is new and modern. The meeting facilities were good, but what really distinguished this hotel were the knowledgeable and very friendly staff. They helped tremendously! The rooms were very clean with decent amenities. The fitness center is a nice addition and the pool area was great for meeting with colleagues in the evenings. The food was a bit better than your average hotel and there is a nice Bar for an evening cocktail. Great view of the township and Mountain Rinjani at distance. Jacuzzi pool available in this hotel.

We had a great stay with my little family. My girls love it. Clean room and beautiful view. Breakfast so yummy with lots of choice. Pool is very clean too

A perfect base for North Lombok and West Lombok exploration. Chic and Trendy hotel sitauted within minutes drive to many attractions sites. Highlight of this place: Great view and amazing breakfast.
