Staffs are too cold to communcate. Rooftop pool is great.

Just telling the truths, this only star is for its cliff view and swimming pool, but the views and swimming pool is not better than other hotel in BALI. 可以上谷歌地图的国人，直接在应用内翻译应该就看得懂了，我只想给全世界更多的人知道这个酒店的情况而已。
Not being nit-picking, i am highly not recommend Asian people to stay here, they have obviously, overt differential treatment between white guests and asian gusets. I have heard of these bad feeback and online comments from few years ago, i thought it might improved now, but all end in disappointment, no any improve, no doubt.
We are from China, our dinner didn't come after the white later-comers', even some of them have almost finished their meal.
Breakfast time, a waiter was pulling up the sunshade blind, we asked with good manner and smile if he could put it down, because, it's 10am in the morning, the sun was burning and we felt dazzling from the sea surface. The waiter gave us a cluck of impatient in our backward ! and left only one sunshade blind down.
When i was asking for renting motobike, chose and tested the bike, they showed impatient for all time. And, the younger guy who leaded me to the bike, gave me Rp80,000 for one day, but the hotel manager man told was Rp100,000 the other day before.
Some staffs just muddle with their job while facing asian guests, and serve really nice to their white guests.
It can't be a good hotel from only the differential treatment, no matter now or future, not to mention the room situations, dim light, holed mosquito net on top, flying bugs, leak bathtub, hot and cold not stable gas water heater, toilet flush broken once, salty waterand wild dogs will show up in suddent and follow you for food and sleep on your door carpet at night, sometimes even fight with other dogs for their territoty and food.
There's no "Do not disturb" cardbord in room, male housekeeper open my room and do their cleaning even if i had locked our door, my girlfriend's private clothes which was hanging indoor hopefully dry by the AC have been moved !!
Fully disappointment to this hotel, don't be cheated by the beautiful cliff views and photoshopped pictures.response / report this review -

I got maybe the highest room in Lembongan with the bay view, the price even not as expensive as we thought before including the meal.
The staff are very friendly and so casual in the good way.response / report this review -

Nice place, nice view, near the beach :) :) Food is also good :) However being among the flower and plants, there are lots of mosquitoes and insects :p

Views and staff are amazing! The big guy who I assumed was the manager came up every morning at breakfast to speak to the guests individually and make sure everything was okay. Only downside is bathroom wasn't the best

The pictures speaks for theme selves. The only negative is a lot of steps up to the villas and the restaurant /Pool. But the view from there is fantastic. Negative in the villas are that the hot water in the shower nearly doesn't exists.
If you want to snorkel or do dives I'll recommend Tamarind Divers at the next beach 5 min walk on the cliff side next to the blue sea.response / report this review -

The nice views and the nice staff was not enough to compensate for the dirty room and bathroom. Bathroom walls are all dirty and it looks like nobody ever washed the ceramic, walls and floor in there. Also lots of insects. Shower faucets were all rusted and hot water was going from burning hot to freezing cold when you take a shower. If your ok for homestay quality room its ok, but for the price they charge we felt it was a ripoff. We only staid 1 night even if had booked for 3 nights.

Untrustworthy accomodation. We had 3 pieces of jewellery stolen out of our key safe during our 2 night stay here. Also came back to our hut to find two cleaners acting suspiciously when we came home early from a snorkelling trip. Don't make the mistake we did. Avoid this place. So many other nice places to stay on this island than a dodgy place like this with shady staff.

Die Villas und das Essen sind schlicht, aber liebevoll dekoriert und hygienisch absolut einwandfrei. Die Lage und der Blick sind großartig! War Anfang November 2016 angenehm nicht zu voll. In Laufweite sind einige sehr schicke und neue Bars und Restaurants, teils in hippen Stil und mit Blick ebenfalls über die Bucht. 5 Minuten runter zum Strand für Surfer und Schnorchler.

我們都很喜歡這間，因為他躲在一個很隱密的地方，本身有兩個泳池，讓住下面跟上面的人都有泳池可以泡泡，不用爬一堆樓梯。
且它們看海的View也是很厲害，但沒有給五顆星的原因是通往Resort的路實在太爛了。在那邊騎機車就像是在騎ATV。
還好最後一天要去搭接駁船的時候是車子來接我們，不然帶著一堆行李肯定是沒辦法再折騰的。response / report this review -

来这边自由行的朋友，我需要提醒大家的是，这个酒店Google地图导航的路有问题，一定要注意从这里出去的路，因为Google地图导航这个酒店的位置不准确，我是亲身经历。response / report this review
