  This hotel is heritage and colonial art, all area was clean n tidy. All staff is friendly and warm welcoming all guest who visited this hotel.

  New vintage colonial hotel in Surabaya old town. Good place, good food, friendly hotel staff. Still within walking distance to Pasar Atom.

  1st visit everything was nice. 2nd visit, they repair the main water plumbing, and leave me with no water in my room while I was used the toilet! Next time, please do the maintenance on shift 2 or shift 3,not at 8 am when people needs running water at most

  Make sure you try the Buntut Bakar or Nasi Goreng Bongkaran.
  
  The rooms are comfortable, this hotel is such a gem in an old location.

  New property in town offering spacious and clean room. Their food and coffee just delicious. Staff very helpful. Pool is clean. I enjoyed my two night stay in this beautiful hotel

  We had a amazing time at this place, staff is excellent, really friendly and very helpful. The hotel is so beautiful, they kept intact most of the old elements of the Dutch heritage building it was before and the interior is stylish and comfortable. The street by night does look a little deserted and dodgy but everything else is so good that wasn’t an issue at all. Thanks to everybody that made our stay great!

  Services are great. Floor staffs even explain a brief history about this hotel, because of its classic / vintage looks. They even have a booklet to those who are looking for heritage places to visit in surabaya. Room was spacious and tidy too. Great choice..
