For a newly operated hotel (5-6months ago). I will consider this hotel is poorly maintained. The floor is sticky, and when you think the slipper will come to the rescue, it proved you wrong. when I stepped on it, i almost fell down, guess the quality is so poor.
The floor mat is super dirty, the face towel has red stain on it (lipstick?) , and the basin got dark stain too.
The breakfast actually tasted nice, but when I saw some flies are also enjoying the food as well, there goes my appetite, what is the hygiene standard of this hotel? Not to mention the mineral water got some smell that i can't described.
Also, we used their meeting room and in one day, we had 6-7 times when the electricity went off, this one i think is common in Timika, but for a 4 stars hotel? Really?

Reserved thru traveloka, at first wanted to cancel because got offer also at other hotel, but as it could not be refunded anymore, so the cancellation was cancelled. Arrived at hotel quite late in the night, but the reservation was not being well-prepared. Switched room for two times to match as reservation. At first was given a smoking room, while it was stated clearly in reservation notes for a non smoking room. Then moved to a city view room, while it was reserved choosing a pool view room. Finally after the reception said it was already full for type of room reserved, but they wisely provide an upgraded room to service. This quite cooling down the emotion and disappointment at that time as already quite nite and wife in pregnancy and son are not resting yet. So far, the hotels are comfy as newly built. Rooms are nice and clean. Pool also. Resto is quite nice too, with mostly indonesian food for mains with kind of porridge, fries, cereals; there is also salad and omelette, pudding and fruits for dessert, and drinks of tea, coffee, milk, infused-water, and some juices. Parking lots are quite spacy, but outter security officer looked not quite properly managed. Staffs are kind and nice. Generally, feels comfy and nice staying in this hotel; pity had to out early in the morning to catch up flight. Will back to this hotel again later.

Nice new hotel in Timika, very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant food was really good. The only negative was, there is no bar facility, but I was told it is still under construction.

I came with my family for dinner at Malabar Resto. It us a nice restaurant and various menu. Unfortunately when we arrive some of my favorite menu Ox tail soup already sold out. Actually this hotel running for soft opening, but its awsome.

I visited here, not as a guest but to see the new facility with the view of potential stay in the future.
The rooms are nice and have connecting doors so that families a or groups can be accommodated. The upper rooms have sweeping views of Timika city.
The new hotel is very clean and well finished. The price for rooms are not at all expensive and comparable to other hotels. There is also a free shuttle service to the airport.
