Saved my pets multiple times from injuries, illnesses, even at the brink of death from toxicity. Very professional and passionate doctors that will not try to scam you and make you pay for unnecessary services and tests. All of their services from grooming to surgeries come at an affordable price. Not to mention that they can cater to more exotic pets as well. Easily the best vet in Surabaya. Very clean and hygienic compared to many other vets in Surabaya. Your pets won't catch a disease from the other animals in there, and they are taken very well care of by the doctors and assistants. They even offer more niche tests and treatments such as acupuncture and x Ray's, and they support local shelters, advocating the "adopt dont shop" idea, and taking in stray cats and other abandoned animals to help them find their forever homes. They also cater to vaccinations if you plan to bring your pets overseas which is very convenient and affordable.

So far the best vets in Surabaya. Passionate and professional. Can handle dogs, cats, and other animals. Fee is considerably affordable for the service provided. Clean and neat environment.
