Available parking for car and bike also comfy smoking area.

Office tower. The reception hall is ok, the parking is difficult and too steep. If you have a so so driving or just generally weak car, be careful, not the best design for parking. Twisty, winding, steep ramp.

Nice sunset view if you're in unit A, B, C during early of the year. Not too much tenants maybe bcs not so crowd in common place like cafetaria, lift, and lobby.

You'll notice the AC is not cool, once you step in the lobby's area or in your office unit (or at least in my office unit only? Temperature always around 26-31 celcius even you set it to 16). 3 out of 4 lifts are in functioned. 2 out of 3 ladies toilet are in functioned. The rotating door sometimes stopped when you're still inside it. However the place is clean and all the people here like CS and guard are very nice.
