  High end housing with security, their location is behind the commercials area, which make the complex location very strategic, very close to a big mall, a lot of busines around.
  I personaly cannot consider this area as new, but even after somewhile, the area still grow (slowing down on pandemic time).

  Highly recommended housing estate located in West Kelapa Gading. A clean, safe, convenient, go green housing estate which is managed by the community of the housing estate. Overall
  it is worth living in with the facilities such as tennis field, park, community center and mini marts.

  Gading Kirana is a residence complex in Kelapa Gading.
  This residence area is a middle high class, and the price of the houses here is quite expensive. Average price for common house type is above 3 billions rupiahs.
  This complex has many shops and small restaurants as well. It also has a few convinience stores such as alfamart and indomart. Medical store, car audio store, and others can be found here also.
  The street in this complex is quite wide. This residence complex is surrounded by many kind of business places, includes side by side with a Petrol Pump station, McDonalds accross the complex.
  Mall Artha Gading is just a five minutes drive or about 15 minutes walk.
