Nice big resort. Clean rooms, super friendly staff. Only been here 1 day so far and have a few more days to go but they do a great job with grounds and keep everything looking great. Nice beach area, nice pool, no issues with getting chairs by pool or beach. Breakfast buffet was great tons of options and is included in price of stay. Best bang for ur buck in the area from research I did prior to coming here.

Location is great. The place is nice and clean. The garden is very beautiful and well maintained. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very recommended to stay here. Makes you don't wanna leave the place. They have private beach where you can relax and avoid people who try to sell things to you. It was a good time to stay there.

Picturesque. Serene. You drive into this lush greenery and you're presented a culture in its architecture, decorum in its well trained keepers, and a majestic sunset right in your face. Truly an experience. Sea view rooms are nice but personally Garden rooms are better because of an outdoor shower, en suite.

This year we booked for the second time at Kila Senggigi beach hotel. From the moment we arrived we felt really at home.
The crew is very polite, always greeting and asking if you are all right.
When we had breakfast we always saw the friendly Stevi who asks how you are and if you have a problem she listens and tries to solve it.
Our room was very nice, had a beautiful view and was clean.

Rigth at the heart of Senggigi beach. Close to shops, foods and attraction. Garden is well maintain and beautiful. Staffs were friendly. Breakfast is plenty. Beautiful place to catch sunset and start the morning. Room is ok. Bathroom needs a new curtain and fresh fragrance.

Simply amazing, formerly known as Senggigi Beach Hotel. Me and my family always stayed at Kila if we decided to spend time at the western part of Lombok. To this date, the services only gets better and better!

Breakfast buffet was ok, but the staff were not responsive to refill the food (only when we were not told them) and they were not quick to took used plate off from the table. Hot water were not flowing consistently.
The staff very helpful.
Overall it was good service but need improvement to make it perfect

The stay at the pool villa club is an AWESONE experience!.

Love the stay there every minute of it.

The pool is just at the door steps and it's so convenient.

The Jacuzzi in the villa is really an experience one must have !.

The bed is very comfortable and the bath room is superb.

Only the occasional mosquito buzzing in the evening.

The dining hall has an exclusive feel and the service staff are very attentive n always exude a warm demeanour.

Simply put it.
One must Try it to know how wonderful it is !

Great beach, pool, friendly and welcoming people. And if you see a guy selling bin tang can speaker for music. Buy one! He's a great guy with family.Talked to me and my partner for over an hour. 200,000 rupiah. Speaker works great.

I love their passionate friendly and humble staffs! 😍😍😍
The room is also neat and comfortable to be stayed a night or more.
Reasonable price for such a wonderful and lovely as Kila Senggigi Beach Hotel and Villas.
Killa also have children playground & the carer for free!
You may also rent a bycyle for 40K/3 hours.
So much perfect photos places you have to take a shoot on.
Spacious hotel and villa, it is.
Oh, and don't forget the lovely live music during dinner time near the beach. So romantic dinner with the love of your life.. ❤❤❤
You won't believe me if you don't try it for yourself!
I will go back there if I have a chance, and yes, I can not waiting long for it to be happened soon!

Good tropical gardens atmosphere and near to the Senggigi Beach. The hotel are clean and tidy. The pool is awesome, small kids playground are available too. You can enjoy sunset from the beachfront restaurant or just sitting around the beach. Looking forward to stay here again :)

Lovely resort hotel in stupendous location. Located on a peninsula surrounded by turquoise blue waters. Acres of green lawn. Comfortable bungalows with porch and an enclosed outdoor shower. Two restaurants on site. The complimentary breakfast is very nice, serving western and Indonesian food at 8 or 9 serving locations. Wish I could stay a month.

The worst 4 star hotel we ever visited!
The beach and the garden are 4 Star but not the Rooms, showers and beds!
Changed the room after 5 minutes in the first room. In the second room "deluxe see vew room" the staff changed 3 times the bedclothes but to no effect! The bedclothes was still very patchy and the bathroomsee attached.

The taxi driver suvgested this beach and brought us here. This is a beach that is on the area of the kila resort. The beach was ok, but small. Also not a lot of choice of restaurants or bars. Only can choose from the hotel. I think its better to go to the main senggigi beach.

well.. this is an amazing hotel. the staff is friendly, the breakfast is good. the view is wonderful. I suggest you to pick a sea view room then you have both view of garden and sea. this hotel name was Senggigi Beach Hotel.
