  Well, i'm not talking about people who work in here. I just want to share my experience. I bought a ceramic coffee pot on ebay. A friend in London sent it use a Royal mail service to Denpasar Bali. After the package arrive i opened it and i saw it's broken. Then i go to the post office (Renon) for a claim. Then they say that i can't claim this because it wasn't their responsibility. It should be the shipper or the owner responsibilty. It should be packed by woods or multiplex. Well, my friend already packed it with nice and secure. As you can see in the picture.
  This kind of issue always happened in any post office service in Indonesia. That's why the other private expedition grow in Indonesia such as Tiki, JNE, J&T, etc. I hope the Indonesian post office can evaluate their mistake since other expedition company grow and serving better.

  Been here to send a letter to Sweden. 30g. Cost less than 60k. (much cheaper then DHL and UPS around 500k.). But it takes 2 weeks instead of 4 days. Im ok with it. There are express options too for around 500k aswell. Really civilized and the service was really good!

  good service. at the entrance there is an officer who is friendly and very helpful. when I visited here, there was a long queue and at that time I decided to move to another post office, but the officer heard my conversation and helped me, giving me advice that I would not move the post office again because the other post office would close soon, I should stay here because even though the queue is long but I won't wait long (fast process). and indeed it proved that I did not wait long. thanks to the door clerk who helped me

  Clean, lots of seating, minimal wait time from 7 to 9AM but hey ready to wait a lot between 10AM to 3PM. Also forwards international package from customs.
  
  Get in from the right door, ask the security for waiting number. You can also ask which counter you need to line up to.
  
  PO BOX available from 320K rupiah if you need one, located at the back of the office. Exiting from the main building, go left, and left again. Straight forward to a building with the "ANTARAN" sign and ask for one.
