Mudah dijamgkau. Namun agak Membingungkan yaitu kantor pajak pratama Kabupaten Bintan berada di Kota Tanjung Pinang, bukan di Kab Bintan, ini karena gedungnya dulu adalah kantor Pelayanan PBB kabupaten Kepulauan Riau (sekarang Kabupaten Bintan).

you and I sometimes become ignorants when we talk about this place. this place is where civil servants work hard to collect tax money in order to generate public goods for you and your family. yes . you and I who sometimes does not care of the existence of this noble office. so next time you see the name of this office on the map, remember that the free education, the free public services, the road you are using for traveling, and many facilities you are enjoying for free, resulted from the hard-workers from this office and of course, from some of you, good and comply taxpayers. don't be proud of being free riders
