  air circulation needed to be improvised. felt so hot in there and the smell spread all over the room which was not good. the layout of the table made the room felt narrower.

  Just so everyone knows before commenting here, either complaint or good words, you can do a survey for the store when coming in on your smart phone or computer. Type in the store number at the top of your receipt and bring it back in to get a free popcorn chicken or cheese cake. Good or bad review you'll get it and the reviews are over looked by higher ups. Reviewing here rarely gets seen so that things get done.

  Kemarin waktu ke kfc matos, padahal masih jam 9 malam tp menuny udah pada habis semua tinggal ayam doang. Dan ayamnya itu rasanya gak enak kayak ayam kemarin dipanasi lagi terus banyak lemak ayamnya jadi alot.

  Service nya sangat buruk. Dari segitu banyaknya pegawai, kenapa antrian masih tetep panjang. Ada 2 mesin kasir, kenapa yg dipake cuma 1 padahal ada pegawai yg cukup nganggur. Ga paham lagi. Tempat jg sempit. Jadinya malah ga nyaman. Btw di sini juga sudah menerima t-cash dari telkomsel.

  Menunya enak, tapi pelayanannya sangat mengecewakan. Haruskah antrian mengular dan berdiri 30 menit utk mendapat giliran? Bad management!
