The villa is great,have a beautifull scene to face every time you wake up and see through the balcony also they having a pool back from the villa and any other facilities that you would enjoy it

Hotel room was OK but the hot water was unreliable. I had hot water and at night but none in the morning. My sister in another room had a only hot water. Air conditioning was not working properly.

Reception person was very rude at check in necessitating an apology from the owner/manager. Other staff though were friendly and helpful.

We booked Suite Room. A room with a double bed and a single bed. The room is quite spacious, clean. Hot water is ok, shower is ok, bath tub can't be used because of there is no water closure, it keeps leaking. There is no coffee maker, the TV channels are limited. The best thing is the view. We got room with lake view. It is simply breathtaking. If you don't use car during your travel, you can easily catch a boat in the hotel harbour.

Good location,nice place for the view & great air-con but I think they never give any maintenance on their rooms. Broken shower faucet,dirty bathtub & big stains on ceiling. I got a room that can lock you from inside because of the broken handles & also broken light bulb. It blinks when I turn it off & need 3 times for me to ask the receptionist to check it & the funny part is they said the light switch must be in the middle position,so in between on & off lol. They already knew it before but didn't do any repair?? Duh!

The staff told me that all the safe boxes in the rooms have been defective for quite a while. Yet they don't bother to fix it.
There are many ants in the toilet.
The hot water flows inconsistently.
The shower is not working well.
The only saving grace is that the food is good.

Actually the place and room is nice, but services is bad, we arrived night time 10 pm under raining. No room boy to help holding umbrella, the just gives us a broken umbrella and then go AWAY. TQ.

The two stars are for the great location directly at the lake and the nice pool area. But the rest was just bad. The room service took 45 minutes for easy rice dishes and we had to call the reception to remind them. Tge room itself- all doors had huge gaps, so neither sound isolation nor protection from outside heat or mosquitos. The light in the room is horrible, you can barely see a thing. The pool area is decorated with green LED stripes, illuminating your room at night. The wifi connection only works properly at the reception and is the still very slow I could go on and on. The only thing this place has in common with a four star accomodation is the very high price, which it doesn't live up to. Stay somewhere else and save the money.

I pay 600k for a room. I got a room without AC and water heater.Old TV, no elctric kettle, no wifi, no coffee. And very noisy from other's room (i can hear if they are taking a bath). If you are planning to go here, it's better searching for inn or homestay.

Oh ya plus, my room keys are broken. And they cannot solved the problem.

Booked expensive room with two bedrooms, got cheapest possible room. Had to dispute through Agoda.
Breakfast is terrible, all they have is rice and noodles, no meat selection.

Bad customer service, staffs are not friendly at all. Rooms are in old and bad condition. Window's can't be closed properly, dirty bed and bathroom. Connecting door between rooms has a gap so all the smell and noise can go into your room.

Nice lake side view, Food is not bad, Friendly Services, Hot Water Available, The room are clean, but with rate 650K No Wifi in the room, Old Television, No Electric Kettle, No Coffee only Mineral Water in The Room, No Telephone, No Towel In First Check In, and overall I love it, and plan to go back there..

3rd time coming here, but the service is getting worse than ever before. My first and second visit was good and came here because this hotel has a great view. Came here for new year, the hotel is overcrowded and the service is just terrible. From the first day we arrive, the manager itself are not friendly enough and consider rude in replying customer. Room sucks, the aircon buzzing around indicates it lacks of service, and when we report to the hotel service, they do NOTHING.

Not going to come for the fourth time, it is definitely not recommended.

Managements of this hotel do not care : water in the bedroom very slow, air condition cracking all nights. Staffs of this hotel very unhelpful.

Good atmosphere, cold and kids friendly. Swimming pool with different depth level. Clean room and good food taste serves on restaurant. Free wi-fi also.
