5 star hotel with good location where out from the hotel turn right for about 10 minutes walk will lead you to the biggest shopping center in whole Indonesia. 6 blocks combined together Sogos plus couple more interested connected together where else you want to go . close around 11.00 pm each day that the good thing!!

One of the best hotels in Surabaya. You will always find a great sense of hospitality here. Love the breakfast. They serve a wide variety of freshly blended juices according to your liking. Location is gold, you will need less than 10 minutes walk to reach one of the largest shopping mall in town. Overall, I highly recommend this property to one who will spend some time in Surabaya.

Feeling the luxury of a 5 star hotel at an affordable price. All you can imagine of what you need from a hotel is available here. The room is so spacious with working desk and a set of sofa. The tv is so big and has a lot of channels for your entertainment. The bathroom is perfect, equipped with shower and bathtub. The swimming pool, the gym, and the live music every night are also available for your enjoyable stay at the hotel. Furthermore, the breakfast is awesome as there's so many choices from traditional to western food served in a large restaurant. Nevertheless, you have to struggle for a parking space especially if there is a wedding reception held in the hotel. Overall, looking forward to having a chance to stay in this hotel again.

Very good hotel. Have a good variety of healthy food (I like the dim sum corner), bed and pillow is very good (I like a bit soft and large pillows). Location is near city center. Room ambiance (executive rooms) and view can see surrounding of Surabaya.

What can you say about a JW Marriott that has not been said. This is a very well run chain and this location is no exception. I’m a gold member, so they upgraded me to a suite room that had a wonderful view of Surabaya. The breakfast has almost anything that you could desire in both western foods, local or regional items. I also had a quick drink in the lobby bar as well as a snack. I had a local Bintang Beer as well as the local Ox Tail soup. Fantastic.

Really enjoyed my experience here. We were greeted with a tropical welcome drink and the check in process was very smooth. When we couldn't find the lift, one of the employees not only took us to the lift, she went up with us. Someone else was bringing our luggage up to the room and the entire check in process was very smooth.

The room was modern, spacious and clean. We had made a couple of requests for extra pillows and they were there for us.

We had the opportunity to go for a swim as well in the morning and we were greeted in a friendly manner by another staff with pool towels. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Would definitely stay here again.

The best place to stay or just dine-in in the heart of Surabaya.

The rate is comparable with the services that they provided for their customers.

JW Marriott Hotel has a buffet restaurant, lounge restaurant and a small coffee place for you to enjoy.

It is highly recommended!!!

It is a good place overall, concluding for my previous visits and stay

But once, I was just not very satisfied with the front office service, I tried to send some packages for a guest, but they just asked me to call over the public telephone around the lobby area. Was it too much to expect them to call the guest's room for us?

Was it because I didnt dress up like 5 stars guest? Cmiiw

Stayed here for a business trip. Would have given 6 stars if i could. Outstanding service and hospitality. They fixed my suitcase without i asked them to do. They made me a cute bunny out of a towel in my room. Little things they did just make you feel like a special guest. Keep up the good work!

Quiet and spacious room, clean, tidy and helpful staff. Tasteful and delicious food also. Early renovated swimming pool that time and they allow me to have late check out for I really want to swim, so nice&kind👍lovely place❤

This is old, but good located 5 star hotel, beat business and shopping malls. Clean room with coffee maker and 42 inch LCD TV. Comfort bed. My bad complain is that they mix smokers and non smokers in the same restaurant. This is against the right of health

Great location near city, sightseeing and shopping. Hotel is clean and well kept. Rooms are classic traditional decor, not modern but it's a matter of preference.

10 day business trip. Hotel was presented very well. Clean and styled. Staff were very friendly particularly those in the executive lounge - very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean, modern and well kept. Nice pool and gym. Good restaurants.

JW Mariott, though I never stay, is a nice hotel with good selection of food.
If you opt for Japanese food, try Imari. They are serving great Japanese food. Try mixed seafood, it is their specialty. Though, it is not recommended to try their Japanese beef as it tastes somewhat ordinary.
If you opt for Western food, try Vis a Vis. They serve great foods. They cook beef and fish all to perfection. However, their waiting time is too long. It took me 3 hours in total to finish eating for a set menu I ordered.

Had stayed several times and staff were courteously professional. Breakfast is great with excellent healthy spread including fresh juices. Regular free punctual transport to Tunjungan shopping mall is great. Ms Margaretha was very efficient and a great asset of Marriott Surabaya.

This hotel should be your first choice if you plan to stay in Surabaya, provided you loaded with money of course. The staff is friendly and have good system. When guests crowding the front desk, suddenly 3 receptionist appeared out of thin air. Great job.
There are many amnesties that keep your stay enjoyable. Boomerang shaped pool, sauna, gym, etc etc.
If you accustomed to good design, you will appreciate this hotel attention to detail. The half table with mirror in the hall way, the antique-like lamp in the work table, the carving on the wall. Instagram-esque!!!
