  sering harus tunggu lebih dari 1 jam utk ambil barang, sering tidak ada customer service yg standby di bagian pengambilan barang meskipun hanya untuk cek status, 2 nomer telpon yang hampir tidak pernah angkat meskipun sehari ditelpon puluhan kali. sdh pernah lapor ke jne pusat dan direspon, tapi prakteknya masih tetap sama. barang yg sdh datang terlambat masih tdk segera diantar.
