The office? Pretty good. There's aircon (yeah, thats really matter here 😂)
The counter is split into 2sections, one for sending and the other one for checking your package. The problem is the office is too narrow (like 5*5meters) and there're only 4 waiting chairs there. There's no canopy at the front so they usually place some big packages in the office. Can you imagine that? Cmon, a company as big as J&T?
The delivery service. Well, it's a matter of luck, I guess. All courier services in Palu are not recomended lol
Sometimes they are so so so good, some other times they're fvcked up
So, yeah, whatever
Just do not send anything to Palu urgently

The service is excellent, the staff is super friendly and cooperative. And they are also informative regarding to what should be done with the package. It open until 8pm on monday to friday, and until 5pm on saturday and sunday. It located by the road, and easily spotted from the road. The office looks neat. Totally reccomended for delivery service.

Mungkin sedang apes saja. Paket terlewat 1 hari dari jadwal, dan ketika di cek di kantor J & T Palu, paket sedang di bawa kurir. Namun, no. Hp kurir yang diberikan tidak bisa dihubungi. Hingga menjelang sore, harus kembali ke J&T. Syukurlah, paket ada dan dalam kondisi yang baik
