  Horrendous hotel, dilapidated, broken down. ACs not working, dirty torn linen, broken knobs, smelly place and the hotel staff just could not appreciate that anything was wrong. Ultimately, we just left with our bags and nobody asked us any question. We checked into Mercure next door, paying the same price, for a hotel 100 times better. We did not get any refund for the 2nd night at Grand Duta, but were relieved to be out of Grand Duta.

  Lokasi sih ok (sea view bagus), terakhir saya dan suami pesan kamar deluxe sea view, tapi tlpn dikamar mati, AC hrus dinyalakan lama dulu baru terasa, tidak ada air panas, handuk harus diminta dulu baru dikasih, tidak ada keset untuk kamar mandi, toilet jorok, pintu kamar mandi rusak, tidak ada exhaust fan dikamar mandi, sarapan jam 7 pagi dan sebagian besar menu sudah habis, dan nunggu lama baru diisi lagi(untuk beberapa menu saja)
