I've been using instaprint from 2-3 years ago. Their service is great back then. Now, not only you cant count on them when you need something printed asap, they always do not held their estimated time for your finish document. I have to pay twice as I have to printed my document elsewhere to meet my deadline. I do not recommend to use instaprint at all.
