  I am satisfied with the results of the dhikaprint, but more attention needs to be paid to the manners and product knowledge of employees at the Kota Wisata branch. It would be nice to pay more attention to these things in the future.
  
  the case is: I came this afternoon at 02.30, July 20, 2022. with the desire to scan the document and print it, but when I asked one of the employees, he responded with unpleasant manners and said "nothing" . Fortunately, there were employees who responded well and were willing to serve my scan and print needs.
  
  Honestly, I am satisfied with the results and I hope that in the future Dhikaprint will be even better.

  KAPOK wish I came here to print I must have been disappointed to find another place before.. someone said the cashier said he didn't have the same manners as my experience was the same. He was arrogant. He said that they used EXPENSIVE Korean ingredients, even though they were designed with Chinese ingredients.. he want corruption Ama 2 friends who helpdesign refuses DESIGN RESULTS UNDER STD CHILDREN NEW LEARNING MS OFFICE who said fast results LIE had to wait for tomorrow it's just a 3*1 m banner, this place where the order doesn't print there . ..paying DP can't have to cash straight away. I've been looking for another place, it can be snappy in front of the sower in Kowis.
  ..want to pay and told the cashier even though two steps also arrived at the designer ..just learned that it's a small place only one shophouse .The hassle of the EDC machine, you don't have to use cash ..I gave up just trying it and was too Disappointed Better online cheap and fast

  I'm actually too lazy to mess it up, but it's happened 3 times, sir/ma'am. the file has been emailed, it's ready to print, it's been followed up via whatsapp with the intention of taking it directly to the store, it's ready, but until 1 hour later whatsapp is not read / no response, sometimes it's just "okay, please wait" until I go to the store too it hasn't been done yet, as a result it has to be a waste of time, it also sometimes still has to wait 15-20 minutes.
  
  please use it as an evaluation material, sir/madam, the quality of the printing is good, it's just that the service system is slow, thank you.
