Place is old but well-maintaned. But I noticed on parts that people aren't really paying attention are bit dirty (window, drink placemats, under the bed etc)

The hotel is good, neat and clean. Breakfast is good with some good menus. Unfortunately for the star hotel, this hotel does not provide wifi at all. Too bad.

Located very close to tunjungan plaza. Most rooms are recently renovated, although bed mattress is rather old from the feel of it. It sinks when you lay on top of it. Room is quiet despite being close (next door) to lift. Breakfast buffet is quite reasonable. Overall it is good value for money.

An iconic hotel located in the city center, close to many iconic locations like the Grahadi and the Submarine Monument. It is also close to shopping centres like Tunjungan Plaza or Surabaya Plaza. Looks a little outdated from the outside.

The building looks old, outdated and little creepy from the outside but the interior is actually nice. Have a nice and friendly staff, good room.

Hotel was great in the era back then, lots of detail are missing from this 4 star hotel, deposit is CASH only (common?? Cash only?) No deposit box in side the room but glad to onow the room was wide and clean enough, the swimming pool was very empty ( no towel staff, no one is care to take care the pool area) and please take a good care of your public toilet is like a gap of poor and rich compare to your lobby area!

With the price from most of OTA, i prefer add another value to get a better 4 star hotel.

Hoho big hotel that located on the center of Surabaya. It is also near Tunjungan Plaza Mall that could reached by walking. The rooms and toilets are clean. The staffs and the receptionists are friendly. Recommended hotel :D
