So much fun the staff are vibrant! The pool is cool and room service quick. Entertainment was enjoyable too. Soft bed. Hot water. Air conditioning beaut. Close to Mall.

Hotel itself is okay and clean but reservations/FO is BAD. Book on the official web as le club accor member, book non smoking room for 5nights in advance. Confirm twice with details of the reservations. At check in first they said my payments are not yet deducted to the credit card (while my booking said pay 0 at hotel), after 45mins said sorry all sorted out gave me a fruit basket But then i was suspicious with the ashtray in the room. Back from dinner, the whole floor stinks of cigarettes. When i complaint, FO said we Will BAYFRESH it for me. After I yelled out only they gave me a non smoking room and had to move rooms at 9.30pm. And they say its an international chain.

Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Unique and modern design of the rooms is a plus. The food is great, even when you order a room service at 2am in the morning.
However, there are things that need to be improved. I was doing a group booking and the bookings were messed up. Non-smoking rooms were given to people who requested for smoking rooms and vice versa. One of my client was given key to an occupied room (i.e. there were already people occupying the room when he went to his room). Rooms were not being cleaned up even after being requested. A hotel staff opened the door without knocking at 6am.
If not for these bad experience, I would gladly give 5 stars.response / report this review -

Cozy place for travelers, the hospitality is good, clean place, the room is international standard, room rate between Rp 450,000 - Rp 550,000 vary between weekdays and weekend, cheaper on weekend though. I would recommend to stay for family holiday.

A new hotel opened in 2016. The room is nice and not too small with some contemporary in-room décor.
I love this place for its prime location in city center. But does not have any special view from the window.
