Overall: The hotel in general is rather a 4/5 or even 5/5 since it is quite lovely. A couple individual incidents reduced it to a 3/5.

Good: great lobby, the staff is uber friendly and helpful, the breakfast is great (but a bit over priced), room service works well, the room (ground level, not directly to the pool) was great to, fantastic rain shower with really good pressure, the pools are nice and clean, the garden is nice to walk through.

Negativ: the walls/doors are not insulated at all. So at night we got woken up a lot (by yelling guests or also by staff when they had to wake someone up at 4 am and did that through constant knocking on their door and "yelling" good morning or when the phone in the next room is ringing).
The gym is not a gym, not even a fitness room. One of the two bikes is broken, the treadmill broke while I was there and the tower for weight workouts is halfway broken and can not really be used by a person my hights (1,86m), it also smells quite a bit there.
The staff seemed very weirded out by the fact that we didn't want anyone to clean our room or make our bed for the 6 days we were there. The first two days getting asked was fine (there is a sign in front of every door where you can tell them what you want done with your room) but then they would call daily and the cleaning staff would knock regardless of the sign and not stop knocking until I answered the door and said we don't need him.

Choose the room by the pool for direct access to the pool. What we like best is the swimming pool for children. You can also take a walk around the hotel garden. Very nice environment. Family-friendly. Very recommended.

You like greens? Then this place is for you. If you wanted to feel like living outside the city but don't want to actually leave the city, then take one night here and feel the difference.

The place is good to relax with your family on weekend and the foods there are delicious. If you have tribun card you can have free coffee/tea and cake every day.

My office had held outdoor event there. The place is quite peace unless the police academy behind the wall didn't held a shoot training. The food is slightly below standard for me. Another thing that annoyed me is their exit way that mix motorcycle and cars in one queue line.

Finally spend the night here
Let me say that this Hotel are so recomended for Family, and for those who want to go for a honeymoon, the facilities like swimpool for kids and adult, gymnastic, restoran, barbeque party and paintball game

Others than that, do your wedding Party, office event or Whatever like that, this place one of the best, and also If you want Garden Party they can provide it. I think maybe the only hotel at macassar that can do the event like this.

The Room are so cozy, great with well decor. they also give us FREE highspeed Wifi.

Access are commonly easy from any direction. Nice. Just litle traffic jam at the noon.

Staf are friendly

Just the Food menu maybe to common not to spesial. Need to be upgrade. 😊

Others are okay.

The only and the first resort hotel in Makassar. Most of their spaces are made for greeneries. Thumbs up!

Found out that they are a 3-star only hotel, but their facilities are definitely more than that. Definitely recommended for you and your family to relax and have fun. Lots of facilities for the kids. The kids would definitely love these.

Great place for outdoor activities or even gatherings/meetings. You could arrange for outbound activities unlike any other hotels in Makassar. Indoor meetings or weddings becoming obsolete.
