Good service. The room is clean, comfortable. High speed WiFi. But unfortunately there's no minimarket or ATM nearby the hotel.

Neat and cute place. Good, elaborate breakfast. Ample vegetarian options. Good, economical and quick laundry service. Closer to many restaurants and shopping malls.

Value for money. You get access to a great gym in the building right next door. Just ask the reception and leave a deposit. The gym also conducts 2 fitness classes concurrently during peak hours. The walls are a little thin, you will probably hear your the alarm clock going off in the neighbouring room and some very loud sneezes.

Nice and good hotel for everyone whose time are not limited especially during the weekend nights. The Hotel sign was hardly visible from the Hotel left side area, so for those of you whose are the first time, be very carefull if you approaching from the left. However if you already passed the roundabout and you have not seen the Hotel, you have overshot the hotel, just continue straight make 180 deg turn, you will see the Hotel sign on your left. Furthermore if you are taking your car with you, be ready to handover the car key to the hotel security for vallet. Your car will be parked outside the hotel to wait for the parking space. So folks enjoy your weekend at Ibis Gading Serpong.

The wall of the room is so thin I could even hear the sound of my neighbor laughing. But the room is nice and is not overprice. The food is great. The ballroom is not so big but it's clean and cozy. It's a nice hotel after all

Can't say it's the best hotel but for a budget.. It really a simple, clean and very friendly staff. Definitely will stay here in future. Breakfast is nice with touch of local cuisine. Room is quite big, the flow and the pressure of the water in the 🚿 room is strong. Keep up the good service. 😁 😁 lastly I just love the bed.

My family utilized the grand ballroom on the 5th floor for a wedding.
The room is sufficient and convnient for a big family gathering.
The food at the buffet was great. We all are satisfied with the function at Ibis.

A nice place to stay,it's in the middle of BSD as well so it was easy for me to go around using online taxi (go-car/grab/uber). Top class service! Nice room. Nice view too bcs I got a room on the 12th floor. Over all,it's a highly recommended hotel to stay.

It's not about how new or how old a hotel is.
For me it's mainly about proper maintenance-that's the condition, and cleanliness.

Breakfast quality, spread and presentation have plenty of room to improve.

Staff attentiveness is another area that would cost the hotel nothing much to get happy guests.

Overall it's not bad,, however we could have enjoyed the 2 nights stay way more than we do.

We booked the hotel thinking within walking distance to Serpong Mall, but is not. Luckingly Ibis has free half hourly suttle bus to Serpong Mall till 9:30pm.

Clean, affordable, minimalist. The room has much space and so effectively and nicely designed. And also only about 10 mins away from Summarecon Mall Serpong by walking!

Beyond expected. The food were tasty and I appreciate the coffee machine in the breakfast buffet that allowed us to have different options. The staff attentiveness is amazing especially Aprie and Arvind.
Great location. A short walk or you can rent a bike to enjoy the morning around the area.

A nice choice for a budget hotel. The room is great and clean while the staffs are very helpful and quick response, and the food from restaurant and room service are excelent as well. The only problem that I found is the parking lot is quite packed and limited, sometimes you need to waited a little longer for dropping off by the lobby.
