Tempat yang nyaman untuk istirahat dengan pelayanan memuaskan. Kamarnya luas, bersih, fasilitas berfungsi baik dan lengkap. Lokasi dekat dengan berbagai tempat asik buat jalan2, khususnya malam hari.

Tolong tambah lift dari parkir basement dan permudah akses pejalan kaki untuk menyeberang jalan.

It was nice experience staying here. The hotel service was good. Room was big enough, and clean. It has enough parking lot for guess. One step away from living world mall and flavour bliss Alam Sutera.

No need to think twice before booking this hotel. It's wonderful in every aspect. Very friendly staff. Facilities are really good. Swimming pool area is beautiful. They also have good variety of food for breakfast. The area where the hotel is located is really good. There are a variety of restaurants just opposite to the hotel. The Living world mall is located in the very next block will give you a good shopping experience as well. There is an ATM in the hotel too.

This hotel is pretty much strategically located. It has great facilities. Beautiful smiles on staff members. Clean rooms with modern furniture and fittings.

But strangely, they can't put buttons on their lift.

Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera is one destination that can be relied one when finding the best hotel in Serpong area. Despite the facility, the service is good. It's located next to a mall, Living World and near to public areas that you might want to visit when you are in here. The junior suite room is thumbs up!!

a couple weeks ago my parents stay in this hotel to attend family wedding, and my mom left her jewelry wrapped in tissue in her room. The next day we came to hotel to ask about it, the housekeeping found it and return back to my mom. That was very amazing when my mom also doubt where she lost it. Honesty is very rare, and on that moment Mercure Hotel alam sutera succeed to define and convince me all the kindness is still out there..

Price too high. Room not to big.
But I like it coz just walk across road so can reach living world mall. That's what I like for the most. I don't like the breakfast menu, but I like the drink offer 😊😊😊

Good hotel, the location is quite good, just across the Living World and Flavor Bliss. The parking building is too small. It'll be hard for you to find lot when you attend an event at this hotel

Hotel should enforce " no shirts or pants in the pool". This is horrible, locals are swimming with street wear we are like swimming in the washing machine with dirty clothes. I'm not racist, they can wear whatever type of swimwear but with pants and robes? You got to be kidding me, this is a 4 star hotel.

Very cozy and worthed. Ive had a wonderful one-night stay in Mercure
The breakfast was delicious and all facilities were neat and well-placed.
The pool was also wide and spacious and could fit a lot of people. A very luxurious lobby that includes a we corner.. Suprisingly, Mercure liked all my photos in facebook after my stay

Decent enough contemporary hotel with basic services for this new area. Heavily used by corporates hosting young people on training courses. Rooms very basic and not much to shout about but clean enough.

If you have Accor membership, you'll get many advantages such as free room upgrade, free bfast incl children, free minibar, etc. We were given meal voucher so we use it for dinner at the resto. This hotel is new, the service is excellent.
