Overall Staff attention is above average. Elevators are very slow and only two elevators to serve to the rooms. Breakfast options are quite good. Improvement on managing table during breakfast especially when you are a single visitor could be improved as it was difficult to find a table for one.

promo pembelian via website yang free coffee/tea, infonya tidak sampai ke restaurantnya sehingga orng restaurat bilang harus membeli dl baru bisa free coffee/tea. padahal di web tertulis free dan receptionist tdk info apa2. setelah di konfirmasi ke receptionist saat checkout memang benar harusnya free.
saya pinjam sajadah tp sampai checkout tdk diberikan. jika tdk ada sebaiknya di konfirmasi.

This is one of the cool place in the center of Bintaro. Has a spacious lobby and quiet environment. Easy access to mall, hospital, bank, even daily market. Has a small pool that has a great view over boulevard and nearest tower. The food is great, and has various menu of indonesian food. Overall, this hotel is a good place to stay when you in bintaro.

I have stayed in much better hotel of the same star and price. I expected it could be much better. The personnel are all great and show high courtesy. But few other things really need some improvement, for example the aircond control panel is not easy for guest to understand. I wonder why it can't be as simple as most panel that we see everywhere else. The door are not sound proof you can here almost every conversation took place outside or nearby the room.

It's a nice hotel - breakfast selection is good and they have a nice swimming pool next to a gym. There's a few good places around, including restaurants, grocery store and a mall. About 40 minutes from the airport (when traffic isn't horrific).

An excellent luxury hotel choice with beautiful views. This hotel is easily 4 star. However my ratings for it based on the accommodations level, location, services and views , it could very easily pass for a 4.5 Star Hotel if not 5. The level of service, amenities, room comfort , excellent breakfast buffet, wifi, facilities and roof top swimming pool with showers, gym , bar and breathtaking views puts it a notch above the rest of hotels in its class. I highly recommend you stay here if you come to Jakarta.

Stayed for a night, got twin-bed room on standard room. For 4-stars hotel, the standard room was relatively small, especially in walking closet area. The main cabinet was a fully closed cabinet, so it took substantial area of the room. Got here to attend my friend's wedding, the Grand Ballroom was nicely done, it's modulated 4-small ballroom merged into one. The pre-function area was spacious enough, and overall, it could handle almost 500 pax (1000+ person), but still seems crowded. No further notes on overall standards, since everything was well maintained and well done. Hospitality was great, fits 4-stars hotel standard. Breakfast was fine, well done.

This is a new hotel at Bintaro area. With a very strategic location. Surrounding by giant,carefour,hari hari,lotte mart and some restaurant as well at the area. You only need a few minutes to reach the Bintaro Xchange mall,train station,also toll way. The hotel itself its very nice..fitnes center and pool are at the same floor. Food during breakfast are various from Indonesian traditional food.

Prices worth the place! Especially the breakfast, it's completely mind blowing because they serve various of breakfast from Indonesian until Western. The roof-top swimming pool is cool to see the view of Bintaro from the top

One of my favourite place to stay whenever I go to Tangerang Selatan.
It has nice view, nice room, nice food (IT IS), nice officers and.I just love the view from my room 11th floor

I've been staying at santika hotels for quite often before I decided to become a member. Now that I stayed at several santika hotels -like slipi, bandung, tasikmalaya, jogja, and so on-, I then discovered the santika bintaro, and I have grown quite fond of this particular hotel. The lobby wowed me the first time I got there, and as I recall none of the santikas I stayed in before has such a high lobby. You have to go with escalator to get to the front office. The front office was so helpful to my wife and I (we were kinda late checked in) and fortunately there is still a room available, this due to two government bodies held their meetings there. The room was so great, tidy, very comfy, the atmosphere was very heartwarming. In the morning, we had our breakfast at the restaurant -forgot the name but it was located a tad higher than the lobby- and we found ourselves indulging our senses with so many tasty meals. They even had tempe mendoan fried on spot, which made it tastier! Overall, slept well, tasty food, comfy atmosphere, can't complaint to that. keep up the good work, guys.

Great hotel for business. Located in near to the business and shopping center. Room is good with nothing special view. The food offered here are Indonesian foods, fast variety. You can taste sheer number of Indonesian cuisine here.

I was checked in in the afternoon, had little trouble because of office staff misbooked my room. Because almost all rooms were full, reception gave me room with pillar in middle of room. I'm not really care, but aesthetic it was little bit strange to had huge pillar in the middle of room. Room is spacious and well designed. I got room at 9 floor with pool view. In the weekend, ostly family come here. Breakfast was good, but I had slept in mant Santika around Indonesia, and the taste of food almost similiar. Hotel surrounding is not really busy, nearest mall is Bintaro Xchange.

Upper mid class hotel designed for business and conference. Big enough for a conference with good facility.
Lunch for meeting package is great. Lots of selection with heavy Indonesian taste in an all you can eat buffet. Dinner buffet also similarly great.
