The place can be accessed from D'Mall. The rooms are in line with apartment at floor 25-27. Restaurant and receptionist are in 3rd floor. Over all is good.

Went here for a training. I like it! Especially the food. They provide many kinds of food here. The place is located next to the shopping mall. What I don't like here is the lights in front of the meeting room. They are too dim.

Nice hotel in Depok City. Many rooms with good view. Located on Margonda Raya, so it's easy to notice for everyone. There's a friendly service since we've opened the car at the basement parking area.

The hotel is great. Despite its location inside a mall area, its very great. The breakfast buffet is superb. The variety of food had me shook considering the price we had to pay for this hotel. The room service is amazing as well. Took less than 3 minutes to deliver me praying mat. Overall, amazing experience with this hotel

The food is bad. The room is small and not sound proof. The bathroom is smell bad. In the window you can see depok city. The swimming pool is small.

Comfy bed rooms, great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Stayed here for a training program. Conference/meeting rooms are good, but with poor WiFi (in bed rooms as well as in conference rooms). Location is not clearly seen from the street. It's located behind a shopping center.

The hotel is adjacent to a shopping mall so visitor should not worry about finding places to eat. The view from my room on the 25th floor was beautiful especially at night.
Hotel facilities are good. Visitors may keep their belongings with the front desk when they have checked out of the hotel but want to go sight-seeing without being bothered with their luggage.
However, the size of the room is smaller than I expected

Overall good hotel. It is centrally located, but a bit hard to find as you need to walk down a strange alley to get to the main lobby. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the rooms very comfrotable. The bed was especially nice.

Unfortunately, the wifi was terrible. I t was so slow i had to go to the hotspot on my mobile phone for connection good enough to do some work.

The room itself was small, but very clean and had all the amenities of a business hotel.

I wold recommend this hotel and would have no problem staying here again as long as I have enough pulsa on my phone to get some work done.

A nice 2 night stay, friendly staff, they were smiling all the time, and they look very neat. room were clean enough, but the carpet still have some "things" on it. The aircon is fully functional, the bathroom is very clean, buuut..but the smell is not nice, it smell like some dead cockroach were there somewhere, actually the smell went through from the water hole at the floor. at least they can spray some odor neutralizer. The cup on the table have some finger prints on the side where your mouth will be placed, so i wash it all before using it (and the spoon to). I stayed at room 2748, it's the highest floor, so the view are nice (only at night) and it's very silent.

While the room are nice (with some point to note) the food are not. The first breakfast are not a pleasant experience, most of the food tasted flat, not well seasoned and poorly cooked, the nasi goreng smell strange imo.. and the traditional kue lumpur and kue pancong are THE WORST EVER in my life. Second breakfast i eat my pizza i bought at night, but according to my wife the second breakfast are better(not much.. just better), well im still glad i bought that pizza though. The parking lot can be confusing at first, and the wifi were slooooow.

Overall, aside their "spesial" indonesian cuisine, my experience were okay, i do receive a welcoming fruit of apel, oranges and salak(not valak) and a welcoming note with my name on it, also, i receive a lifetime membership card which give me 30%discount on my next visit to the santika hotels anywhere except bali and bandung (hmm.. i guess that "anywhere" have a different meaning to them).

So.. lets wrap it all it's a nice hotel for me and my wallet, and i do like staying there, it's a bit low on standards for santika network, but depok don't gave you many option of nice hotel, their closest rival are margo hotel in terms of grade, and classes. So it up to you to choose.
