This is one of the best hotel I'd ever stayed! The reception staff was very friendly and informative, she answered all my questions with smile and patience, thumbs up! I got room in the corner, on 14th floor, the view was amazing! You got both view of sea and mountain as well. The swimming pool was nice as well, the view is good and the size is enough. As for me, one thing they need to improve is the taste of the food, it was so so, but the variety was okay. Surely I will stay here again next time 😍

This is 5* hotels yet I don't feel like it's 5* service. The phone in our room is broken both in the bedroom and toilet, so we can't communicate to another room of my families. Also, the floor is very dirty, breakfast should be better taste, I tried chicken porridge and its horrible too salty.

We booked ocean view rooms and pay for the typical specific ocean view rate, in fact we got the city view room and couldn't change the room since its full booked. Very disappointing.

The service is very slow, we waited for 45 mins to get the concierge took our bags while our trip to airport was another hassle since this hotel located in remote area.

Would never stay here again.

This really is a nice hotel. The food in its restaurant is always delicious and the staff are always friendly and do all they can to make your stay nice.

Be aware, however, especially if you are American, that there is a strict policy on what you can wear in the pool. A regular men's bathing suit in the U.S., which is all my husband owns, is not a allowed. No one - even the manager- can explain why. They allowed him to change into shorts from their fitness facility, which did not hold anything in, if you know what I mean. Made NO sense and no one could tell us why one was acceptable and the other was not.

nice hotel. staff are helpful and responsive for any request. check in went smooth and without hassle.
room is nice and well design. bathroom is clean and well maintain. the only issue i had on the bathroom is hot water is not running properly.
breakfast is ok with good variety of menu. you can have the usual poached egg or some traditional foods. unfortunately the breakfast staff was not as responsive as the front desk. i ordered hot water and it took 2 persons to take our order and 15 minutes of waiting before it finally arrive.
but overall it was a satisfying stay and one of the best experience staying in Novotel hotels.

And where is the Qiblat sign in the room? At least you should put North sign in every room

+ stunning views, spacious and clean room, comfy bed, friendly staffs,

- at past 3 PM and my room hasn’t yet cleaned. They said because all rooms were full so they had too much on their plate. And they told me to wait.
- went to the restaurant to have lunch. Unfortunately, there were no clean glass available and the only two water dispensers were almost empty. Some food were run out.

My first time in Lampung. The hotel has a very nice ocean view, good swimming pool. However when we entered the room it was very hot on the afternoon, Need 3 hours to cool down the room with powerful AC. Semi open air aisle makes the hotel even hotter and the sound of mosque outside get in to the room. The car entrance is not clear and it's very dark at the night time. The hotel should make better and clear sign, not with the 10w light entrance sign.
This big hotel only provide 3 elevators that makes the guest wait for 10 mnts to get the elevator in busy time.

It was a very pleasant experience stayed in Novotel Lampung. I got a very good room view (maybe you have to ask for mountain and sea views).

Their breakfast were stunning, with their various menu for breakfast. My favourites was their local menus, such as Gulai Iwa dan Pindang Iwa.

And for the staffs, dont asked it anymore. They gave me not only excellent service, but also the nicest smile I ever see in Lampung. One of their excellent services was when I need to change my room, which more suitable with my 'situation', they tried to facilitate me while allowed me to wait it in my room even its time to check out.

Generally, I love this place and would love to come back if my financial situation allow me too :)

I have stayed here for two nights. I think they have a comfortable spacious room. They also have a big ballroom that can be used for any event. Dislike: the banquet staff didn't clean the glasses properly.

The room is spacious, very nice and clean, with modern look. Novotel Lampung has great view! Especially from the dining hall, you can see the ocean and mountains altogehether. The breakfast meal is also very nice because they offer various dishes; western, asian, they even offer "jamu" (Indonesian healthy drink made of natural ingredients). I will definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a stay in Novotel Lampung in December to spend the end of year, and I was very pleased with the service, facility and the ambience. The sea view from the hotel was marvelous and I could not help my self to be amazed by the beauty of the sunset and sunrise from my window.
There was only one thing that upset us, we were not be able to use the refrigerator in the room as we had to confirm when we booked the room. Funny. As the other rooms that we had, allow us to use thr refrigerator. Oh, we booked three rooms.

However, I am happy staying in Novotel, as always!

If you stay in sea view room, you'll get the beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast is many variety just like other Novotel. The pool and the gym is good.

Being one of the most proper chain hotels in Lampung, you don't have much options. The view is good and facility is good. However they need to improve their service quality. For starter, the receptionist refused to provide the second room card as I needed to insist before they gave me one. Then the toilet stuck and I had to call housekeeping twice to get it checked, but not entirely solved. Service in the restaurant was not exactly professional as well. Much room for improvement.

A hotel with complete packaging. A big room, clean, comfortable swimming pool, especially ocean view is so beautiful. The meeting room is large and comfortable. But, when I was here, one of the receptionist in front of lobby sangat tidak ramah, maybe she haven't smile.
