I have very much enjoyed staying at Puri Metamba in Bona, Bali. The view from my bedroom each morning of the gorgeous sunrise with Mt Agung in the distance and the rice fields in the foreground is one that I will treasure always. Puri Metamba offers a close up view of Bali village life, unlike anything you will find in the tourist area of Kuta. Only 30 minutes from Sanur and 20 from Ubud you've got the best of both worlds with easy access to shopping, spa's and great restaurants whilst enjoying the peace of the village. Keramas surf beach is only 10 minutes up the road. The house is comfortable, modern and spacious with a fabulous swimming pool for hot days. The staff are friendly and very accommodating and can offer everything to help your stay be more comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

This is the place to come and get away from all the hustle and bustle of life. Puri Metamba - House of Healing is truly the home to stay in when visiting Bali. You can relax by the pool, with views from Mt. Agung to the coast across to Nusa Penida. Life in this village is simple and quiet, it's only a short drive to Ubud and Gianyar. A great base to explore from and find new places to see in Bali. The owners are also Spriritual Healers who are only too happy to assist in your healing journey. Well worth a visit!
