Hotel rooms in traditional style nice like toraja house. Breakfast good. Hotel mainbuilding somewhere rotten and need much renovation. No pool. Starting point for tana toraja excursions with guide and driver.

Grandes chambre et salle de bain. Personnel serviable. Bon Restaurant. Mais très bruyant car près de la route qui circule toute la journée sans arrêt et une grande partie de la nuit.

Location is faily convenient at the road with internal parking lot, but rooms are located quiet to the garden. Very large and proper rooms. Plenty of really hot water, which hard to find at more remote places in Sulawesi. No A/C ( it only makes sense for drying). Friendly staff. Fresh prepared breakfast, all to a very good rate. Do not deal with the touts coming in.

This is one of terrible memories in my life.
The first, when I saw this hotel, I thought this is good enough. The model from outside looked nice. Traditional model.
So, I checked in June 25th 2017, when I woke up in the morning in June 26th, I and my fam experienced theft.
We lost:
-one pants & one belt (finally the police found them in the garden)
-one wallet filled: money, 2 checks, id card, etc
-guess watch, and etc.
I just realized it in that morning that one of the window in my room that I rent is broken. It's hole, guys.
Which I regret most is the management from the hotel has no responsibility and no say sorry to us. The manager said, "It's not our responsibility if you lost anything." When we asked him to report to the police by hotel's name that there's theft, he said, "You report to the police by yourself, not us." And finally, the manager just told one of his subordinates to accompany us went to the police office to report it, because he said he had errands. WOWWW! Could you imagine the manager's respond? Really, I'm so dissapointed.
And finally I know that this theft that I experienced is the second time happened in that hotel. And this hotel still has no cctv, whereas it has stood a dozen years. I'm really feel insecure.
But, let this be lesson for all of us to be more carefull next time.response / report this review -

mengecewakan.sangat mengecewakan. kami berlibur nginap di hotel ini tgl 25 juni & tgl 26 pagi kami baru tahu kamar yg kami tempati kacanya sdh boloooonggg cukup besar dan kami kehilangan celana levis yg berisi dompet, dalam dompet ada duit lumayan jumlahnya, juga surat surat penting, ternyata celana tsb dibuang di taman bunga dan ikat pinggangnya juga terbuang, sayangnya dompet beserta surat surat ikut disikat, dompet ponakan kami ,yg disikat duitnya saja, dompet tdk diambil, pakaian pakaian juga disikat, jam tangan, bahkan.cd..ha ha ha buat bini muda ya ??????kami minta pertanggung jawab pihak hotel, tapi beliau ngomong dia itu hax manager, bukan pemilik,ketika kami ngomong masukkan kejadian ini ke media sosial beliau ngomong TERSERAH.jadi pihak hotel sama sekali lepas tangan. beliau hanya meminta pesuruh hotel menemani kami ke kantor polisi. jadi pihak hotel tdk ada sama sekali prihatin, apalagi MEMINTA MAAF atas ketidak nyamanan yg kami alami.. polisi menanyakan cctv hotel, ternyata TIDAK ADA, hotel yg bertaraf menengah keatas tdk ada cctv??? pejabat yg berwenang, tolong ditertibkan, agar kejadian ini jangan menimpa sdr sdr yg lain, apalagi turis turis asing. menyedihkan.
