Here's some pros and cons that i find in my 2 night stay.
Pros : Room is cozy, linens perfumed in my liking, staff is well behaved.
Cons : Services is rather slow e.g. dirty plates doesn't immadiately taken during breakfast, i reported that my tv remote isn't working in the morning but still found so in evening when i come back to my room.

Tradisional jamu at breakfast and clerk's help in my checkout give extra points.

It's a good place to stay for it's price.

However they could've provide a better bathroom equipments, because the night i stayed the bath towel looks not really nice that even the rag towel looks better.

Plus, the check-in process is hella long that the rooms are NOT READY at 2 p.m.

I loved staying here. Good breakfast and nice rooms. They're lacking of staff I guess and service needs to be improved because the first night they called me in the middle of the night and asked me to come down to the reception desk to confirm my identity when they could do that earlier that day or in the next morning, that's not cool and I wasn't happy about that because I was already asleep. But overall the facilities are great.

Love : The room interior is new, they're redecorating. The restaurant menu is moderate & have reasonable price.
The breakfast options is fine i love the Jamu and the buffet is never boring.

Hate : 3 out 5 days during my stay, the AC in the hotel corridor was off, made it stale air :( Once, i was locked outside due the access card at 10pm, super tired, but the reception didn't pick up their phone after >6mnt ringing and several time attempts. Not professional.

I didn't get a good first impression with the staff's service since the first time I entered their lobby door. There were no one helping me out to bring my belongings although they knew I was quite difficult to held my bags while I had to open the door myself. I think they had to improve the hospitality point of the staffs. I had one night stay in a standard room for understandable rate. The location is near from Ampera bridge

Decent hotel, nice facilities, good breakfast & rooms very comfortable. Location is ok, on a busy road, but easy to get about.
If going to the airport, double check with reception that the taxi which is arranged is aware that is your destination.

Great stay with close proximity to Shopping Malls (Palembang Icon, Palembang Square, Transmart, etc) & Place of Interest (Ampera Bridge, Kuto Besak Fortress, etc)

Would be great if the gym can be provided with TV.

The pillow is thick and uncomfortable. Foods are okay, but limited in selection. You cannot ask for additional access card, and that is totally disappointing especially when you stay there with partners from different institution (in case you're attending seminar or stuff like that. Location is nice, close to pempek candy and any other culinary spots.

Saya booking melalui website Batiqa Hotel, yang saya pikir otomatis langsung ke hotel bersangkutan. Ternyata dianggapnya dari agency (sama kayak kalo booking dr Agoda atau Traveloka). Jadi request saya untuk early check-in pun tidak diproses. Jadi gak bisa early check in krn kamar penuh (semestinya ada kabar via email). Setidaknya staf front desk mestinya mencoba untuk mengcomfort tamu yang sangat butuh early check in karena jadwal yang padat. Alih2 staf front desknya yang satu terlihat cuek dan yang satu ketakutan dan clueless

Good hotel with a reasonable price tag. The hotel is rather new and everything is great. Very comfortable room and bed. The food we've tried at the restaurant was good and price reasonably. I would come back to stay here if I'm visiting Palembang again.

Opened in Nov 2015, 3.5 star hotel.
Pros: Clean in overall, good price, good service. Easy access to food, store, services. Nice & comfy room, good Wifi. Good AC.
Cons: service is kinda slow, staff need more training/ experience, due to location you would hear traffic & outside activities. No emergency exit sign.
